@@Mannequin22it's dumb because it was too early for it. Yeah they got Rachel out but it ultimately got Brandon sent in to elimination which sent him home. When making moves like that you have to time it right, especially if you're not in the position to keep yourself safe afterwards
I did like how at the end when Brandon is going home Cara said that she will be calling and checking in on Brandon, seems like she really heard what he said during that talk in the bedroom.

I loved Leroy opening up. It was a moment we rarely see on the main series. All Stars is so much more personality and character driven. Been loving TJ on All Stars so far!!! Reminds me of older seasons. (Im rewatching seasons 19-30, at s23 now and he used to be so friendly, hugging the cast and joking more) its reminding me of those past seasons and i love seeing it.
I was annoyed at the scene in the beginning where Cara was venting to Laurel about Kam and Brandon and Laurel looks at the camera when she walks away and then proceeds to vent to Cara about Nicole later 🙄
Typical Laurel. I actually thought this was funny and laughed! Cara's social game vs. how she presents herself in confessionals like two totally separate people. You can still tell that she is acting when she is playing the tough girl. That's not who is. Cara would personally annoy me in the game. She whines so much.
On the Banana's podcast, Cara said Laurel came in first thing, went behind Cara's back, and told everyone not to work with Cara, so it seems spot on for Laurel's personality this season.
this show is so much better than the regular challenge. TJ is more interactive, the challenges are better, the music, and its not all just about getting to the "final"
I think she was trying too hard to not sound bothered by the fact that Cara put target on her. She's 100% not keeping that star, she will either be eliminated or someone will steal it from her and they wont have to worry about her getting back at them really 😅

Did Brandon check on Cara? Did the phone only work one-way? 😅 It really does feel like they are just looking for reasons. They can play their game however they want but they should just stand on it. His rationale is understandable only to a degree - bottom line is he lost a strong ally and a unconditional number because Cara has always had a soft spot for him... so in the end wasn't worth it. It was a miscalculation.
Yeah, communication is a two way street. I think he should've been more straight up with her when he decided to vote her in. Maybe she wouldn't have taken it as hard. I think that both are feeling "entitled" this season. I'm a HUGE fan of Kams but it's a bit ridiculous about the whole voting thing because at the end Caras vote didn't matter anyways. But for Cara Maria think that she doesn't haven't go into a eliminations because she's thinks not talking to someone for 8yrs or more that he's automatically supposed to know he's her #1. Cara Maria has ALWAYS over reacted about having to go into elimination almost on every challenge because she thinks she's excluded from it because she's " Cara Maria". Plus behind the scenes Ayanna was being a horrible person arguing about Race, politics, and more inappropriate things she already made one person leave the show over her actions Janelle. Almost stressing Kam out to the point where she was worried about producing milk for her child so I understand why whenever Kam asked everyone to send in Ayanna and the best female that could've beat her. I also feel like Kam nor Cara would be in this situation if producers would've just eliminated Ayanna for her racist remarks and all the things she was saying.
I agree with most of what you said, but respectfully disagree with what you said about Cara and Brandon. Even jay said in confessional that Cara was Brandon’s #1. Alliances inside the game are different than friendships outside the game. If ppl she wasn’t cool with voted her in and she was still freaking out, then I’d agree. The votes were locked in. Cara voting for flora did nothing to change the vote, but kept her star safe. Otherwise Rachel would’ve stolen it. Had Cara’s vote flipped it, I could justify Kam being a little upset. Kam was cool w Ayanna until literally the night before the vote when they got in an argument, then pushed for her to be gone. Pattern shows when someone upsets Kam, she immediately tries to get them eliminated (like when CT didn’t pick her and she rallied the whole house to try to get him out). I don’t think Kam has a reason to legitimately be upset and for her reaction to it. She rallied the house to eliminate her real life friend over a vote that didn’t even matter. Cara still voted for Ayanna, just couldn’t vote for Rachel or she’d lose her star. A friend wouldn’t expect you to vote against your own self interest. But in the first vote Cara went against Rachel’s posse bc she wouldn’t vote for Jasmine. And had jasmine’s back in the past when everyone would vote Jasmine in constantly. Same situation w Brandon. Kam rallied everyone to vote her in. Cara even said if it was any other ppl voting, she would think she was going in. But w Brandon, Jas, & Jay told her they’d have her back. I think since she’s come back she knows ppl are gonna come after her and take it better, but not when it comes to friends. I guess I’ll have to wait and see when someone who’s not supposed to be her ally votes her in and see how she acts then. But I do think she was upset by who voted her in, not that she was voted in.

Also thought its cool that Flora is basically the best narrator for the show pretty much telling Nicole straight up what is going on and how its being perceived. I agree. Had Kam not pushed them to do it, I don’t think that would’ve been on his mind at all. It seemed like everyone wanted to vote in Rachel v Veronica until Kam pushed for Cara. It was a very dumb move. It’s so early in the game. Kam calling it a “big move” or whatever, I think it’s only considered that if it’s also smart. Kam prides herself on being really strategic(and disses Cara for not being) but this seemed like it solely happened because her ego was hurt and Brandon paid for it. But it was his own fault for following.
Kam's first season hyped her pretentiousness traits with those shit for brains Kaylah and company treating her like she was the boss. Actually, I remember Kam - an otherwise totally forgettable person - from Vendettas because she said she had a vendetta against Cara. As far as I know they didn't even knew each other but "Queen" Kam must have thought that vendetta meant envy. She should have been thrown into every elimination to keep her grounded.
Lol sometimes I have Marie's voice in my head from Final Reckoning when I see Laurel & Nicole. "Ew, what are you doing? Get off of him"😂 same level of cringe
This was a great birthday gift the challenge has given me: another incredible all star episode. I just hope they don’t ruin all stars with the next season.

@@emonirocks4638 Cara is smart just not political and not strategic, she treats the Challenge more as a purely physical game vs it being a social, political, strategic, and physical game. Cara responds as if this is a grade school fight in the playground, that needs to change. Cara also needs to be quiet and listen to what Kam's explanation before jumping down her throat.
The only strategy you should be playing in this game is the "make no enemies" game. People who win eliminations have way too much power to ruin your game: for example, Leroy could have completely ruined Cara's game and given Kam her star - but he gets it and didn't do that. He didn't say it exactly, but like I said, the best strategy is to not make enemies for this format.
Laurel is SO thirsty for views and I think she is trying to repair her reputation because she's been SO nasty and mean over the years and that was her persona.
Maybe it was doomed because Cara knows that Kam's reasoning is entitled, illogical B.S. ? Being in an alliance is not one person doing all the things another wants you to do. Kam's whole plan is to get LeRoy 1st place. Cara is one of the few legitimate threats to that so she felt she had an "excuse" to get her out. She's acting like Brad/Tori where they used their family unit to justify snaking their friends. Cara's historical gameplay has always been straight up.
On 38 when Tori kept asking Jordan to come cuddle with her🤨🫣🙄 Yeah that’s how I feel about Laurel and Nicole. Boundaries do not exist in the challenge house.

Great Review I was sad to see Brandon go but glad he and Cara got close again after the show wrapped. So proud of the OGs Adam and Veronica working together again it reminded me of their Gauntlet days when they won together!

That said, I am trying to think of the worst relationship to watch in the history of the challenge: Laurel/Nicole, Zack/Jenna, Jordan/Tori, Corey/any girl, Fessy/any girl or Ashely/any dude. Cuz some of these train wrecks make watching the show hard tough.

The vote was so quick i blinked and it was decided who was going in. As much as I'll always root for Leroy, I kind of hoped that Brandon would stay? It sucks he couldn't get the last ball to sink. No comment on the Laurel/Nicole shituationship.
Cara just makes me smile every episode. The GOAT, the Queen, the Badass of the season. Can we all just admire her and Laurel's relationship? Despite the years of tension, they will always care about each other as a person. Also, I'm so happy she was able to get her revenge. Though I wish Lee would have gone home. Not bc I don't like him, but on the contrary I don't like Kam. Leroy has always been a favorite of mine but Kam plays such an ugly game and it really brings Lee's game down.
I just knew Leroy was going home. This the first time I don’t get Kam’s game and why Lee not checking her. She put him in direct jeopardy. If they were not together Leroy would be checking her like he had to do Nany a few times. When I say check I don’t mean disrespect, just means take up for yourself.

I watched early so I could be here at a decent time 😂 everyone’s looking at Cara like she’s doing so much wrong is baffling to me. Laurel and Nicole is a hotness. I love Laurel but you can tell she will not let Nicole go when she’s chasing after her (literally) and when Nicole wants to set boundaries, she sees her as this awful person.
Ok, so let's break this down. The Laurel/Nicole thing was confusing and annoying. Why are you confused Laurel is mad you slept with her then wanna make boundaries? As for Kam, she needs to stop thinking emotionally. Lee tried to bring her and Kam together, and if they got in there and she spoke with Kam, Lee, and Brandon, both men would have been saved. Cause all those in her group didn’t want to cross Cara, so they went with her judgment. Cara has every right to vote how she wants as long as she kept her word and didn’t throw her people in, but they don’t see it that way which means Kam is risking Lee to be “Right”. That's not being Killa Kam, that's being an entitled brat, and sorry those are out this season. Get it together, make up with Cara, or you gonna be a target.
I do wonder if Brandon ever tried to reach out to Cara in those 8 years. The phone works both ways and as much as he went through stuff we all saw Cara go through stuff too. Life moves fast for a lot of people and you can't expect others to keep up with you if you don't keep up with them (again we don't know if Brandon did attempt to reach out on his side) I do hope they do mend that relationship and keep in touch more. Sad to see Brandon go and I knew once he voted Cara in he sealed his fate this season

I can’t tell who the problem is between Nicole and laurel. If the order of events is right, it’s kinda messed up Nicole would hookup with her and they say keep your distance.
It was cool to see Leroy open up about his anxiety about parenting and stuff (it shows his growth & maturity). Adam has a pretty good social game and works well in team settings. Kam tends to be a control freak when it comes to controlling deliberations; in my opinion, she used a cop out to justify targeting Cara. Also, Kam isn't in her prime anymore (the only girls I see Kam beating are Veronica, Tina, Jasmine, and Flora). As for Brandon, he knew the consequences and he had a chance to beat Leroy, but he couldn't clutch it out. The Nicole-Laurel situation is more of a comfortability thing, as well as using each other for convenience. Secondly, Brad messed up that daily and needs to do better or else he might not be so lucky next time.
I came into this season rooting for Cara, Kam & Lee but Kam stepping into her villian era was not what I had in mind. Her and Cara don’t need to be at each other’s necks so early, both for their sake and so we can have the best possible final 🤞🏽
Dark Blue probably would have been the Middle team had Ryan not forgot his water bag. If the water bags were 16oz and only added 10 seconds, they beat Red Team. Depends on factors. They were close regardless.

I will say, this was Brandon’s first season where I really thought he had a shot, on the guys side. Really grew to like him in the few episodes we got. Can’t wait for Challenge 40
The hard part about AS4 is that I want everyone to win every elimination. I love Brandon and I love Leroy. No matter who won, I would be happy and sad! Same with Cara and Rachel.
Brad as a solo player performs extremely well but put him in a team and it all falls apart. Neither Leroy nor Brad can assume a leadership role and craft some strategy and they cannot pivot when that strategy does not work.
Whenever Brandon and Cara were talking and he said all these wonderful milestones and all these horrible events that's happened in his life that Cara didn't reach out to him, so for her to just automatically think that even though it's been 8yrs or more since they've spoken that he should just immediately know that Cara has him as her #1 is ridiculous. I feel like even though I'm a HUGE fan of Kams I think that her being upset with Cara is a little stupid just for the simple fact Caras vote didn't matter anyways. An then how we ALL know Cara Marias gonna drag the whole her being voted in and winning throughout the whole entire season. They both need to let it go honestly. Anyways I'm beyond happy Leroy won his elimination because I've been a fan of his since Real World and want to finally see him win his first challenge and become a legit champion. He's come so close in the past, plus I 💯% think he's deserves it. Even though I'm happy for him I'm honestly sad to see Brandon go. I really like him as well. But another great episode.

Did Brandon check on Cara? Did the phone only work one-way? 😅 It really does feel like they are just looking for reasons. They can play their game however they want but they should just stand on it. His rationale is understandable only to a degree - bottom line is he lost a strong ally and a unconditional number because Cara has always had a soft spot for him... so in the end wasn't worth it. It was a miscalculation.

I think that both are feeling "entitled" this season. I'm a HUGE fan of Kams but it's a bit ridiculous about the whole voting thing because at the end Caras vote didn't matter anyways. But for Cara Maria think that she doesn't haven't go into a eliminations because she's thinks not talking to someone for 8yrs or more that he's automatically supposed to know he's her #1. Cara Maria has ALWAYS over reacted about having to go into elimination almost on every challenge because she thinks she's excluded from it because she's " Cara Maria". Plus behind the scenes Ayanna was being a horrible person arguing about Race, politics, and more inappropriate things she already made one person leave the show over her actions Janelle. Almost stressing Kam out to the point where she was worried about producing milk for her child so I understand why whenever Kam asked everyone to send in Ayanna and the best female that could've beat her. I also feel like Kam nor Cara would be in this situation if producers would've just eliminated Ayanna for her racist remarks and all the things she was saying.

I agree with most of what you said, but respectfully disagree with what you said about Cara and Brandon. Even jay said in confessional that Cara was Brandon’s #1. Alliances inside the game are different than friendships outside the game. If ppl she wasn’t cool with voted her in and she was still freaking out, then I’d agree.
The votes were locked in. Cara voting for flora did nothing to change the vote, but kept her star safe. Otherwise Rachel would’ve stolen it. Had Cara’s vote flipped it, I could justify Kam being a little upset. Kam was cool w Ayanna until literally the night before the vote when they got in an argument, then pushed for her to be gone. Pattern shows when someone upsets Kam, she immediately tries to get them eliminated (like when CT didn’t pick her and she rallied the whole house to try to get him out). I don’t think Kam has a reason to legitimately be upset and for her reaction to it. She rallied the house to eliminate her real life friend over a vote that didn’t even matter. Cara still voted for Ayanna, just couldn’t vote for Rachel or she’d lose her star. A friend wouldn’t expect you to vote against your own self interest.
But in the first vote Cara went against Rachel’s posse bc she wouldn’t vote for Jasmine. And had jasmine’s back in the past when everyone would vote Jasmine in constantly. Same situation w Brandon. Kam rallied everyone to vote her in. Cara even said if it was any other ppl voting, she would think she was going in. But w Brandon, Jas, & Jay told her they’d have her back. I think since she’s come back she knows ppl are gonna come after her and take it better, but not when it comes to friends. I guess I’ll have to wait and see when someone who’s not supposed to be her ally votes her in and see how she acts then. But I do think she was upset by who voted her in, not that she was voted in.

I agree. Had Kam not pushed them to do it, I don’t think that would’ve been on his mind at all. It seemed like everyone wanted to vote in Rachel v Veronica until Kam pushed for Cara. It was a very dumb move. It’s so early in the game. Kam calling it a “big move” or whatever, I think it’s only considered that if it’s also smart. Kam prides herself on being really strategic(and disses Cara for not being) but this seemed like it solely happened because her ego was hurt and Brandon paid for it. But it was his own fault for following.

As far as I know they didn't even knew each other but "Queen" Kam must have thought that vendetta meant envy. She should have been thrown into every elimination to keep her grounded.
It was fun watching TJ participate in the daily challenge! I also love watching him do the trivia. It doesn't hurt when TJ gets more screen time.

I thought when they focused on Kam prematurely taking of her bucket helmet, there would some form of consequence but I guess that wasn’t relevant.
The only strategy you should be playing in this game is the "make no enemies" game. People who win eliminations have way too much power to ruin your game: for example, Leroy could have completely ruined Cara's game and given Kam her star - but he gets it and didn't do that. He didn't say it exactly, but like I said, the best strategy is to not make enemies for this format.

Great Review I was sad to see Brandon go but glad he and Cara got close again after the show wrapped. So proud of the OGs Adam and Veronica working together again it reminded me of their Gauntlet days when they won together!

Cuz some of these train wrecks make watching the show hard tough.

Despite the years of tension, they will always care about each other as a person. Also, I'm so happy she was able to get her revenge. Though I wish Lee would have gone home. Not bc I don't like him, but on the contrary I don't like Kam. Leroy has always been a favorite of mine but Kam plays such an ugly game and it really brings Lee's game down.

Ok, so let's break this down. The Laurel/Nicole thing was confusing and annoying. Why are you confused Laurel is mad you slept with her then wanna make boundaries?
As for Kam, she needs to stop thinking emotionally. Lee tried to bring her and Kam together, and if they got in there and she spoke with Kam, Lee, and Brandon, both men would have been saved. Cause all those in her group didn’t want to cross Cara, so they went with her judgment.
Cara has every right to vote how she wants as long as she kept her word and didn’t throw her people in, but they don’t see it that way which means Kam is risking Lee to be “Right”. That's not being Killa Kam, that's being an entitled brat, and sorry those are out this season. Get it together, make up with Cara, or you gonna be a target.
I do wonder if Brandon ever tried to reach out to Cara in those 8 years. The phone works both ways and as much as he went through stuff we all saw Cara go through stuff too. Life moves fast for a lot of people and you can't expect others to keep up with you if you don't keep up with them (again we don't know if Brandon did attempt to reach out on his side) I do hope they do mend that relationship and keep in touch more. It was cool to see Leroy open up about his anxiety about parenting and stuff (it shows his growth & maturity). Adam has a pretty good social game and works well in team settings. Kam tends to be a control freak when it comes to controlling deliberations; in my opinion, she used a cop out to justify targeting Cara. Also, Kam isn't in her prime anymore (the only girls I see Kam beating are Veronica, Tina, Jasmine, and Flora). As for Brandon, he knew the consequences and he had a chance to beat Leroy, but he couldn't clutch it out. The Nicole-Laurel situation is more of a comfortability thing, as well as using each other for convenience. Secondly, Brad messed up that daily and needs to do better or else he might not be so lucky next time.

I came into this season rooting for Cara, Kam & Lee but Kam stepping into her villian era was not what I had in mind. Her and Cara don’t need to be at each other’s necks so early, both for their sake and so we can have the best possible final 🤞🏽

Anyways I'm beyond happy Leroy won his elimination because I've been a fan of his since Real World and want to finally see him win his first challenge and become a legit champion. He's come so close in the past, plus I 💯% think he's deserves it. Even though I'm happy for him I'm honestly sad to see Brandon go. I really like him as well. But another great episode.
