      @@abishekkirupa7898 Probably not. I'd start with Bob Cassidy Vol 2 and the Principals of Mentalism by Richard Osterlind, Psychological Subtleties by Banachek. Practical Mental Magic by Theodore Annemann is great to, but the language can be dated

      Excellent Video clip! Apologies for butting in, I would love your thoughts. Have you ever tried - Rozardner Secret Weapon Reality (google it)? It is a good one off guide for mastering spoon bending without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cooworker finally got excellent results with it.

      +magicorthodoxy Cheers for the Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you tried - Rozardner Secret Weapon Reality (do a search on google)? It is an awesome one off product for mastering spoon bending minus the normal expense. I've heard some interesting things about it and my buddy at very last got cool results with it.

    Dunninger is pronounced with a soft letter G (as in J). This is indeed a great price for both books. I’m guessing the copyright issues were worked out by the publisher. Bill Raucher is still very much alive. Corinda died about twenty years ago, if memory serves, so copyright would remain in effect for both authors, unless they sold them.

    • @magicorthodoxy
      @magicorthodoxy  6 лет назад +3

      International Magic own the copyright - Tony Corinda signed it over to Martin MacMillan.

    13 steps is considered the classic text, what would be the modern "must have!" equivalent?

      I'd suggest some of the work from Peter Turner. He's the s%#t in mentalism. Though, it might not be, everything 100% original from him, many are his assemblies, and extrapolation of great ideas. So, you could probably find a good amount of integrated knowledge from any of PT's work. If you're a beginner in mentalism, then How To Read Minds, as well as How to Control Minds' kits from Ellusionist, will be GOLD for you (not so much if you're a pro, and are familiar with all previous PT's teachings). If you're into heavy propless mental gimnastics, and are ok with high risk mind reading stunts, then Isabella Star 3.0 it's the book for you (not easy at all, but amazingly beautiful when it hits, if truly well performed).
      Hope it helps!

    1st thing i noticed -- collared shirt vs. tshirt, I think the first time i've seen that in a review.. looking sharp! Pairs well with a book review

      Why don't you google it yourself? You're just a click away, literally. Typed in "Free PDF Download 13 Steps to Mentalism by Tony Corinda", and you'll find a few options. Though, buying it would be the right thing to do. And yes, I already got mine haha!
