The best card trick I ever played was when I placed the ace of spades in a girl's pocketbook during a party, when everyone arrived, and no one realized. When the party was in full swing, I played my card trick. I simply asked, "And where is the ace of spades?". Everyone searched the deck. It wasn't there. I went over to the girl's pocketbook, and lo and behold, there it was. It was a miracle. No one believed it could have possibly been there beforehand.
My husband just got in shock with his performance yesterday at a corporation meeting of his company Publix in Orlando, he told me this guys is amazing, I am seeing why 👏🏼
18:50 you can clearly see him writing the number on the back when he makes Nick Cannon get in front of him to peal off the sticker. Look at his right arm.
@@aquivan2564 The wrote it in after and he gets it. Social media post was simple, he only said the number was 2 off he didn't say the actual number. So if you look at it again when Nick Cannon is taking off the sticker you can see him writing the number down with his right hand. I hate giving these tricks away but yall so gullible.
@jacobwilliams9757 oldest magic trick in the book. U dont see the person through trap doors and mirrors simply put the receipt in the jar after he sees the numbers.
The only slip up I can see is with the last performance, at the end where he reveals the predictions, you can see on the paper the names were written in more recently because they are written faster and they are smeared meaning the marker didn't dry yet.
The trick with the gumballs was also a little sloppy with the damn etch a sketch that you can clearly see him writing on while nick was taking the sticker off the envelope. You can even see him put the stylus back in his pocket when he turns to hand nick the envelope. The video he posted didn’t say Mel B’s number, just that she was 2 off so whatever number she picked he made up a number that was 2 off from hers. That’s also why we made Howard change his number because it would have ruined the trick and the big reveal with the video since it only mentions Mel B. HOWEVER! The thing with the receipt in the jar was absolutely nuts. The one where he had Howard and Heidi on stage drinking the drinks was also likely an assistant buzzing him with some sort of vibrator in his pocket. 1-5 pulses to indicate which cup they were drinking from. Even the trick with the notebook where the judges pick a celebrity, the notebooks were primed so that they had to open to a certain page. That’s why he had them throw the notebooks so they couldn’t examine them further. He definitely did not cut a snowflake picture of Oprah that’s just slight of hand with the cutout he already had in his pocket. He knew Howie would guess Tom Cruise because he knew what page he would flip to. He really showed his talent when he guessed Top Gun. The cameras show he definitely wrote it before Howie said it, and that was true mentalism. He primed Howie by saying to picture a movie the actor was in on a huge screen, so he primed him to think of a big blockbuster film of Tom Cruise. Then he asked him how many movies he could think of with this actor and Howie said 5. Tom Cruise has been in a TON of movies, but if Howie only knows 5 of them, it’s gotta be a really famous one, and if he’s thinking of a blockbuster, it has to be Top Gun. Really impressive work. I do like this guy a lot, he was booked to perform at my office Christmas party and he performed some truly stunning tricks. I just like to try to figure out how these guys do what they do!
@@shavedparmesanprosciuttoan4317 lol sloppy, says the one who at random sits on the couch to criticize. How about you go on stage in front of millions of people and show your best trick, moreover engage with the audience and make it entertaining.
Very few of this show's winners would I even consider paying money to watch in Vegas but it's acts like this that that would actually draw a regular audience.
At the end trick.. If you watch closely when he takes them on stage when he switches the envelopes from left hand(holding with 4 fingers) to his right hand(holds with 3) he keeps his index and thumb behind envelope(so once they say there number he can write it on) then as he is talking and moving just so slightly to try to distract you. You can see him writing the number onto the envelopes. Everything else on his picture is written so clearly except he adds the names( look at difference in writing)
Real Gs saw him do this in Farmington Hills. He was a showman then. He's always had that "it". He even knew how to make a bowl on top of a bottle cap(helped for those gravity bongs)😂😂😂
You know, a lot of this was tricks and sleight of hand, but there were a few times he did some true mentalism. When he had them flip through the notebooks to choose a celebrity, he knew what page it would land on, they were set up to where they’d open to a certain page. That’s why he had them open it a certain way with their thumbs and then toss them after so they couldn’t examine them further. Now Tom Cruise has been in a TON of movies, but if Howie only knows 5 of them, it’s gotta be a really famous one, and if he’s thinking of a blockbuster, it has to be Top Gun. Really impressive work! Also the thing with receipt in the gum-balls. I’m confident that I’ve got the rest of that trick figured out, but the receipt in the gum-balls with all their numbers was top notch. Maybe he had a printer under the jar with an assistant typing remotely and printing it out and up into the jar, which is why Nick had to dig so hard to find it? Idk but it was really cool.
First trick was easy with the celebrities was easy. It was a 2 sided book one side had random celebrities then he sleight of hand flips it to other side where their is only one celebrity. Pretty easy trick
That only works if someoe doesn't flip through all the way. You can see both side of each page when you flip through it, and only one side had names. Howie opened it up to a place near the bottom, so if it were flipped over, the others would have seen Tom Cruise written on the back wach page for sure.
The video he posted did not specify the number. It simply stated Mel B missed with two digits. Therefore, he only had to see the number Mel B had written and hastily add two digits to it and write it at the back of the envelope@bobagonoosh8483

Mentalism is a type of magic performance where instead of doing appearances or vanishes, you guess what someone is thinking or what someone has chosen, it appears like mind reading. Obviously there is no such thing as metalism. So for him to “guess” all this is well, staged, in some way. Remember, this is a reality tv show, it’s meant to garner the views and ratings. It’s entertaining, definitely. But let’s not be fooled, just take it for what it is.
Mentalism is real. It's not mind reading but it's just setting up the people and then having intuition. That way he already knows the answer before the person even picks something or makes up their mind. For example the second trick he says "from the middle" both times they choose from the book so they're not really picking from 60 names, only about 5-10.
