I hate infotainment panels. I'm OK with a GPS, but the rest i like actual buttons that have nothing to do with the GPS. I like a separate radio and separate AC.

Of the 1977-84 Buick Electra's I liked the 1979 Electra the best, I liked how the front end didn't slope down nearly as much as the 1977-78 models along with the 1980-84 models did.
I like the 83 & 84 dash the best, with the florescent Logo above the glove compartment.

Awesome, we had the 78 Park Avenue when it was new. Smoked silver on powder blue tufted velour.
Looks like this one has the Olds 403, MUCH better than the Buick 350.

Nice my grandmother had a 77 Riviera with a 403 olds and my grandfather had a 78 Riviera with a Buick 350.
The 350 was more reliable that 403 was not
@@aaronlamarr8456 The Buick 350 had 30 less horsepower and had noisy piston slap problems.403s were not perfect. The Olds 350 was probably the most reliable V8 of the late 70's.
@@shawnmcculley2995 the Buick 350 had a stouter bottom end making it more durable the 403 had overheating and head gasket issues however it was a good engine if not driven daily

My grandfather had a light green '77. Loved that dashboard.
It was a nice dash. I liked the 83-84 best, but from 77 - 84 was basically the same. I think the Buick dash was nicer than the same year Caddy or Olds.

I had a '78 this nice that my grandparents bought new. it was brown with a poofier vinyl top. it had the 350 and never got better than 15 MPGs. I offered it for sale back around 2000 for $800 and ended up getting $500 for it. I hated to see it go, but the engine was about worn out and had a weird overheating problem. it was a smooth driving machine in its day.

My Grandparents cars. Then in the 80s he liked the 98 Regency better so he started buying them.
I wish they'd been built with a free flowing Buick 350 rather than with an Olds 403. A Buick car with a Buick engine.
