Agreed, life jackets please. The conditions look prety benign but Kiama can be dangerous. Also rock cleats or spikes only work on soft rock like sandstone which is common around Sydney and the central coast. For hard volcanic rock like that around Kiama they don't work.

Good video but please wear proper clothing and footwear plus a PFD for rock fishing. It's a deep water spot with undercut ledges and can turn dangerous in the wrong conditions.
