Great! I belong to an aquatic exercise group at my local YMCA and we've done similar exercises in the pool. The results were great but not the same as when they're done like you've shown on the floor. On the floor seems to activate the core and pelvic areas much more in terms of relief from intestinal concerns. In the pool seems to be more strengthening and relaxing. Love the options you show, too. Thank you!❤
Take a hike. Seriously, I find I have to carefully plan my 3 mile walks around the neighborhood because about 2/3 in I have to go in a very serious way.
I have a squatty potty…I also use an abdominal massager every morning. I lift weights and do cardio and drink tons of water and eat fiber. I still get constipated anyway. For me it’s hormones or lack there of. Now working on that. And y’all try yoga for constipation! Works great!
A couple of big glasses of water usually do it for me. If you start your day with water, by the time you have to leave the house you likely will be able to go.😊

Something that also helps is to go for a walk, about 3km. Works everytime
