You said that lower RoM should be avoided in heavier weights and I get the reasons you're giving, but here's the issue, the lower range is the stretch part and the study recently conducted by Jeff Nippard and a team of scientists showed that stretch is the most important part of the lift. So are we not leaving gains on the table by not going into a deep stretch? If losing strength in the stretch is related to failure safety, then Dumbbells or Safety Bars or straps can fix that too..

@samyakchhajed maturity comes with experiences. Experience comes with age. That's why it's hard to find 18 year olds mature kids and most of the calm and composed people are grown ups. So, Kashish being one of the young mature guys makes it commendable.

Recent paper where Jeff was also involved showed no difference in long length partials and full ROM. I am always in support of full ROM. In bench press as well, it is recommended to train in full ROM but as I told you can use bands etc to make resistance profile better.
