jasmine rice is one of my absolutely favorite rice, delicious and tasty !!! thank you for sharing the tips , it's not always easy to cook rice properly, love it
what a great trick! I think using the silicone spatula would really help with stirring it so you make sure to mix all the rice around. I'm definitely going to give that a go next time I make rice!
Oh wow, the rice looks fluffy and light and the addition of veggies makes for a much more interesting meal. I tend to go for veggie rice when it's on the menu, always nicer. Would you say it's the salt and lemon that stops it sticking? 💚🌳🌍
This looks like a super foolproof way of doing rice 🍚 Really short & simple! Great way to include veg too! Only observation is that I always try to use wooden spoon, as I’m not keen on using plastic on heat but I love your deep pan. Keep up the great work, take care! James 😊🙏🏼
Thank you so much James!! You are absolutely right I shouldn’t be using plastic on heat! I appreciate your feedback always! Thank you the pan was a gift from my oldest sister so it’s really special to me haha:)
Mmmmmm your rice looks like fluffy perfection! I love the addition of lemon on the veggies, yum yum! I have to give this method a try as I am a HUGE rice lover and could gobble that whole pot up :)

What can I say. I’d eat rice every single day for the rest of my life if I had to, and I’d be perfectly happy doing so haha.
Hahah I love rice too:)
I love me some jasmine rice! How long did it take you to make it and was there a specific amount of water that you used? It looks yummy :-)
These took me about 15 minutes, I used about 3 big cups of water:) but it depends on how much rice your cooking:)
