I really enjoyed this video. Especially his thoughts at the end about 3-D printing a replacement intake. Too bad nobody’s come up with a viable solution. I have an aftermarket intake and have noticed some power loss. Not huge but enough.
It depend on a few things, I wanted to used top quality stuff so my build is on the higher side. I have about $700-$800 in just new springs/shocks/struts and mounting hardware. Then another $1700 in brand new front and rear adjustable control arms and sway bars... so $2500? (I've never calculated it up before, sheesh) You don't need the latter to lift one, but I always advise using new suspension components when lowering or lifting a car. You could lift one on a budget for less than this but your outcome won't be as good in my opinion.
I’m getting my silver 2011 merc painted glossy black soon. I took all crome bumper strips out because they were peeling a bit and I took the door panel guards off too. I’m thinking about just leaving it off for good, but I love how the bumper door guards help with getting dings in the parking lot. Plus, I’d have to get those silly holes they have there under the door bumper guards on the back passenger sides filled in etc.. anyone know where I can buy the side panel door bumper guards for the merc if I decide to put new ones on. I also replaced my air shocks and compressor, but I’m thinking of just putting reg shocks on. Any recommendations on what shocks are really good. Thank you 🙏
That is the absolutely fullest Merc trunk I've ever seen! Max packing density!
Love this

Im looking at a 2005 MGM and would love to do some similar modifications
I hope this inspires you!
Love the stance on this one.
Great interview.
Thanks 🙏🏼 it’s a cool build, I do have to agree
Thanks man, it has a very tight and smooth ride and launches off of speedbumps.
Silver birch metallic is a sweet color!! I have it on '05 MGM! Sweet lift on this!!
I have the same Amazon console thing and added a dual power outlet to the side using the cigar lighter power wire.
Love the height and blacked out wheels. !!!
Got my headliner from Augustus for my P7b Good Vibes. Will be doing a marauder clone to my p7b too 🤩

Winter you guys get pretty good amount of snow right? How’s the rust issues there?
I think the front bumper may be gold ash metallic
Pin stripe sucks when you have to put on a new door.
What the lift run?
I’ll let Gus know to get in here and answer questions

Also, great interview !
You can never go wrong with OEM Motorcraft, Bilstein, KYB or Sachs!
@@sawpitmotors thank you for the recommendations 🙏
It's a _real_ 2003 if it has black B pillars, remote fuel door opener, dash clock, map pouches in the front of the seats, under hood light, etc.
Yup, it's got all of that!
