I have a dorman intake manifold too. At first I was having issues with it still leaking. I took it to Ford and they used motorcraft gaskets which seemed to solve the issue. It's been on for close to 50K miles
Any CVPI 2006+ up can have keyless entry installed. 2009-2011 just needs forscan to enable the factory module (ddm). 2006-2008 needs a 2009 module swapped and programmed.
Swapping the module isn’t completely necessary, but it is easier if you don’t have forscan and or a windows laptop. 06-07 are also missing the second most important module, the tpms/rke antenna, and the pigtail connectors; along with an extra wire if you wanna pop the trunk. 08+ will have said antenna. 09+ have everything and are simply disabled. If it wasn’t for tpms being a law starting in 08 for all new cars, this would not be possible.
Maybe you could help me out. I’m super happy with the stock motor and transmission in my 2007 Crown Vic. But I’d like it to handle better. If you could let me know the biggest diameter sway bars (front and rear) available and the place/retail outlet and part numbers for them? Please. Thank you.

Nice Crown Vic! Good color just not my color. That was a lot of under the hood replacement😮 What I love about owning my Grand Marquis in the 14 years I've owned mine and now at 318,044 miles on her is the minimal amount of work I have needed and she is still going strong down the road😊👍 And I have never babied her, she's a beast everywhere💯 Loved the lights at the end of the video!
Nice amount of miles in your Marquis! I’m always curious about high mileage panthers. And most of the time the owner says I don’t baby it or it’s not a trailer queen…good for you. I see it this way, cars are meant to be driven, I love putting miles on my Marquis
@LoveWhatYouDrive I forgot to mention mine is a 1999. Oh and she's baby blue with a white half landau top, cruise control, precision track, air ride suspension, front tires 235/60 R16 rear tires 235/75 R15. I can't wait to restore her in a couple more years!💯 Hey, did you ever restore that 1994 peach colored Marquis?
There is a dyno proven difference in power between dorman and oem intakes. 20HP and almost 20 torque; If my younger self with no mechanical knowledge whatsoever felt a slightly sluggish difference, ending up with Dorman, there is a difference. Then again, not everyone can tell a difference. Ford didn’t start advertising keyless entry for P71’s until 08; even then, not very many were ordered with that feature.
@@LoveWhatYouDrive it’s been great and holding up for a while now! I was just about to give up on it until I came across a guy on RUclips and it’s a solid fix I swear! I hit it hard all the time and slide my Vic and it don’t overheat or spew coolant everywhere like any other thing I’ve tried. You can even use the oem heater core clamp it’s fits it like it was meant to already be used for the purpose we are using it for!
Those wheels and tires look great, finally installed a throttle body spacer and cut the airbox some since it has the zip tube mod already. Kinda scary how peppy the cable tb's can be lol
Nice ride, Love !! Florida car should be rust-free (no road salt), but ya gotta watch out (especiallly these days) for FLOOD damage. Looks like Homie made all the right moves -- BUT -- I'll never understand why they keep putting those damned Push Bars on there. 1. They add overall weight. 2. Additional weight over Front Wheels changes handling/braking characteristics. 3. Contributes to Cross-Wind instability at highway speeds. 4. Serves no CIVILIAN purpose. 5. FUGLY. 😁
To each his own. 47lbs, or less, isn’t gonna drastically change the cars handling. Another ~250lb person will change the way it feels first, before anything else.

I don't really see a lot of these Vics in blue, so it's definitely unique to me! Cool, car brother.
I haven’t seen one of these either! Don’t was nice of Kyle to collab with me! It’s a nice car!
Vic looks extra sharp in that colour

Wow thanks for the tips! I’ll keep that in mind if I need to do the intake swap!
At 27:00 you hear that legendary crown vic sound, that's music to me. I should make that a ringtone🤔
💯 agree
The blue silicone hoses came with screw style clamps from the factory. It’s on the original window sticker.

Very nice colour.
Never seen this kind of blue on a Crown Victoria
How much was the Jasper transmission unit/install. ? Thx !
Fantastic shape....

💯, I like how Kyle sourced all the parts for it
2008 and up were the Flex Fuel E85 models. How often do you film CV's in Florida?

Dorman intakes suck fr I fixed my old intake heater core nipple with a hex 1/2 to 3/8 hex nipple ( metal)
How’s that been holding up ? Can you explain more in what you did?

Where did you buy the severe duty struts from?
I believe he mentioned its from rockauto...we made a first video and didn't record sound, that's where he mentioned it if im not mistaken...
