Sister previously I used to practice yoga asans and it was continued for 15-16 years definitely I got there benefits and I became strong but slim and flexible body.But after that I can’t practice it regularly,now I am 70 and my joints got stiff and now it was not possible to practise again those postures.But so many thanks to you as you have explained other options to perform these practices,and definitely I will follow you.Again so many thanks.

Vazrasan is similar to namaaz as we sit on two leg & hipps on the ground & on leg for 5 to 10 minutes after namaaz Very nice. Our Nabbi Mohad. Is also use to tell people that always take meal before go to Namaaz not to take meal after Namaaz. Excellent example & very good presentation. Now I will go to Namaaz all five times.
I often see people foot and ankle postures are not correct in Vajrasana posture while offering Namaz. Request to please educate others so that they get the intended benefits of this posture.
