Make It Happen Episode 7: Children's Backyard

After two years of lockdowns, home-schooling and playground closures, it’s time to give your backyard a kid-friendly makeover! In this episode, Lucy Glade-Wright and the Bunnings team work with Mum Kate to transform her large backyard into a space that will entertain and inspire her two boys, Mason and Cooper.
Kate wanted to encourage both physical and creative play in her backyard, so Lucy and the Bunnings team get to work creating a year-round space full of play equipment, cubby houses, a trampoline and even a movie cinema! It’s not just all about the kids though - with a veggie train for Kate to practice her gardening, there’s something for everyone.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Make It Happen without a little rain, but with plenty of experience in conquering the elements, it was never going to rain on Kate, Mason and Cooper’s parade. Make sure to watch until the end to see what they think!
