What is TESOL Education?

As English continues to expand as a medium for global communication, the demand for qualified English language teachers increases. Likewise, as the nonnative English-speaking and multilingual populations increase in this country, teachers of English as a New Language are needed to provide instruction that meets the linguistic and cultural needs in classrooms today. Niagara’s TESOL programs will prepare students to meet certification requirements and will provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the needs of English language learners.
