Loved it! Sometimes my back feels too beat up to handle some of your more intense back videos so this gentle one is perfect & does the trick in helping my back feel less tense & it’s more flexible.

As always, this video was great for stretching and opening up this morning. I saw the word gentle and I thought "this one will be easy" but actually slowing down can be more challenging both mentally staying in the present moment and physically holding positions a little longer. Thanks Cole!
my whole body has been stiff for soo long. had a knee injury more than a year ago, still recovering. sometimes i dont want to move anymore. your video has brought me such great relief, thank you thank you thank you :")
Great class - only one criticism : the Jim Butler music accompaniment is so distracting. i want to feel grounded, not flying in space. Why do all the yogaTX videos have this awful music?
