Sahara is a perfect example of a Vegas hotel that tries. There really putting a lot of effort and it shows. I’d say it’s definitely one of the best hotels in Vegas even in the Bianca rooms.
I remember Sahara being shit even more than Strat and Circus Circus before they demolished it. Now, from the videos ive seen, they got a huge facelift amd completely rebuilt into a modern casino. I need to stop thinking of Sahara back in 2009. I should definitely give it a shot. Its just that when other casinos r giving comp nights and free rooms with resorts fee waived, its hard to go elsewhere. Lol.

I visited Sahara a few months ago for the Magic Mike show. We ended up having an epic night at Casbar and enjoyed the live music that night. For dinner we made reservations at Noodle Den and sat by the open kitchen window. But don’t miss the tables in the gorgeous main dining room in the back. The noodles were fresh and extremely delicious! I plan to come back and stay and enjoy more of the on-site restaurants. The whole place is a swanky cool vibe. It was very clean. I was extremely impressed and did not expect it. Thanks Jay! They deserved the exposure.

I stayed there years ago when it was the SLS… it is not a bad property, especially If you are going to the convention center. I really wish they would make the Monorail go around the entire "strip" it would make life so much easier.

Thanks for the great review! We used to come to Vegas every January from 2012-2020 for my wife's birthday. Once the pandemic started, we opted for more secluded trips like the cabins of Broken Bow, OK. Once Vegas opened back up, we noticed what seemed like a WHOLE DIFFERENT type of crowd coming to Vegas and it was VERY unappealing. She said it would probably be YEARS before we would ever come back; she's been mentioning LV a lot lately, so I think she's ready lol We usually stay at Luxor, but Saraha looks like it would be an awesome stay as well. We'll definitely check it out!

Cool to see this- I booked the Marra Style King for next month. I'm psyched, I actually like staying in the North Strip and then taking the monorail down when I want more crowds. I got a sweet deal around 55 a night with a no resorts fee promotion. I always think its just cheaper to buy the monorail per ride too- its dumb that its so expensive.

Jay !!! Great video, Sahara is an amazing and very underrated Casino / Hotel. I love it there, Bazaar Meats is my favorite place to eat there, but all the restaurants are really good as well. I usually stay in the Alexandria tower when I stay there. I also do pretty well there with slot play, one live stream I started with 400 in freeplay and turned that into 1800.00. Over all its a great place. Great video

We chose a king room in the Alexandria tower but if we stay there again we will book the Marra king. Our room was fine for one night but it had those odd fabric wall coverings and you had to search behind them to find plugs for charges. The bathroom was updated but they chose to put in sinks that had like 5-6 inches of vanity space on each side. We would go back just for Uno Mas and Chickie and Petes. Loved the Dole Whip!

Yeah had a lot of trouble at the Sahara last time I went in 2019 non smoking room full of smoke. Hot moves to the better tower and that was good. But the amenities were severely lacking glad it's improved some what. Also I think that's Clint eastwood not arnold😂😂😂

I had a really bad experience with Sahara and their security. I was vlogging in my car and security tells me that I can't sit in my car. As I was leaving, 3 security guards came running like it was something crazy going on. They flew by me, but turned around and came at me very aggressive saying that was taking pics of the security camera. I was very nervous and very pissed. Never again will I stay at the Sahara again.
Whats funny is the restaurant guy used the new pronunciation of Saraha. If you watch old Johnny Carson shows they have the original pronunciation. Haven’t been to the new location yet. Back in the day they had a LOW price buffet.

How far of a walk is it from the monorail station to the Sahara Hotel lobby? I will be going with an elderly friend who uses a wheelchair.
Its just a outdoor walkway and elevator ride away from the lobby. Not even 2 minutes.
