Warp Ghosts seem like as good a Primaris Chaos Chapter as any I can think of ... From the future, strange armor & equipment... Ships that make no sense. Honestly my guy says that everything in the 40K Verse has a positive & negative, a plus & a minus, Organization or Entropy or a certain kind of balance. So the Warp Ghosts are most likely the Legion of the Damned's opposite.
So basically, if the Legion of the Damned had a love child with the Rubric Marines!
