Idk who needs to hear this but I'm in my late 30s and just made a life changing move. Everything in my life has improved. Don't let anything hold you back from being where you want to be. In all ways. Don't think you can't move for X reason, figure out how you can overcome that reason. Make your plans, keep them flexible. Make compromises. Take trips. Do whatever you want as long as it truly brings you happiness. Life is short but it's also long. There's no limit to how many times you can start over. None of this is easy but working towards your happiness feels very different than working just to exist. I know this is kinda off topic but in the spirit of the message of the video I just wanted to share this. I know way too many people that hate where they live and yet never allow themselves the freedom to leave. We're free to roam.
I needed to hear this; thank you! I was in a car accident just before I turned 30. To make a decade long story short, my life spiraled out of control to the point of no return- in the literal sense. Thankfully I had someone there who stopped things from being irreversible. I turned 40 this year and have felt myself spiraling out of control again because here I am- a decade later- and it’s like I’m waking up in the same nightmare as the last ten years. I’ve felt so wildly out of control of my own life- and now being disabled has forced its own new set of circumstances which have been challenging to navigate. Plus everyone else thinks they know what’s best. I’m so exhausted, mentally, emotionally, and physically. But all this to say, I’ve realized that yes, giving up is an option, but so is just changing. Even a small change. Can lead to so much more. Congratulations on taking control of your life! I know I’m nobody, just an internet stranger, but I’m so proud of you! Thank you for sharing and I wish you the very best in life ❤️
We are so glad you have loved working with Lili and she has been able to accommodate for your shoulder injury! We're honored to be part of the reason you are falling back in love with your life again💗Thanks for sharing trainwell!
I needed to hear all this - thank you for sharing! I've been feeling exactly the same way since the pandemic honestly...not like myself, no zest, and depressed.
Wow did I need to hear these things right now. It feels so hopeless taking advice from people who aren't going through the same thing as you, but this made me feel like I can actually get out of the slump I'm in. Thanks for sharing Candice
Same❤ a year ago, I also made changes so that I would enjoy life to the fullest after another breakup. Staying single PLUS I do 6 things each day for my wellbeing. I have a list of 15 things to choose from. At 34, I'm strong, independent and am practicing mindfulness. More excited for the rest of my life than in my teens/20s.
Sleep does help! I was a shift worker for many years. Now I enjoy going to bed early and waking up early. Nothing makes you want to go to bed early more than being forced to stay up late consistently. I love that dress! the colour really looks good on you!
Appreciate your transparency and all the tips! Been struggling myself but doing some of these same things has really helped me too. One day at a time ❤️
Great video. Just the idea of making yourself a priority is foreign to many people but as a woman who really struggles with taking care of herself, I appreciate your suggestions on how to make our lives better with easy steps.
Love the video and so important to start the day off in the right direction. You keep doing what makes you feel good. So nice to see you smile :) I still start my day with a ginger shot! Thank you so much for that info!
I was attempting to fall back in life. First on the list was health because I felt like crap. I got diagnosed with MS and then lost my job due to being ill. I've fallen back into depression. I'm giving myself time to feel sorry for myself before I try getting back on track.
You bring up a super important point about exercise where you said you don't like doing it but that you like the effects. That is SO true! I've been working out and running for over 35 years, and I hate it. I can't stand it, yet I do it six days per week, taking Sundays off. But you see, the thing is is that NO ONE likes to exercise. We all hate it. So many people, though, think that at some point, they're going to come to love it. They hear others say they like to work out. But really what those people mean is that they like the effects they get from their workout. People confuse the EFFECTS with the EFFORT. I think once people get this difference into their head, exercise will take on a different emphasis. Because they'll know that EVERYONE hates working out. That that is not why people work out; we don't work out to love it. We work out for all the positive things we get FROM working out.
Yesss that’s exactly what I’m doing myself. When I was in my last relationship for 13yrs I lost me I was feeling that I was him. After my divorce I have been working on myself and trying not to be so tense, depressed, or under pressure all the time. I been discovering myself and who I was I truly appreciate your video knowing that I’m not alone. 💚
I'm so happy for you, it was tough seeing you pull away from this, even though you needed time away. You deserve happiness and i think it's easy to forget you should FIND your happiness like it's a job or treasure hunt, when you lose it and life gets you down. 🍻🍻🍻🍻
girl, you should read about why you shouldn't look at your phone first thing in the morning. There are so many reasons why it's not that good for you-can cause anxiety/depression, can trigger your stress response and put you on edge all day, can impact your cognitive abilities and emotional resilience, so many things...one thing that helped me was when I heard that when you look at your phone first thing, you are essentially starting your day with other people's voices/opinions/life instead of tuning in to your own voice and that can lead to disconnection you from oneself. You do you but just wanted to share 💗
If you ask Dr. Andrew Huberman, neuroscientist, phone scrolling in the morning is one of the worst activities because we have a limited supply of dopamine each day, and phone scrolling in the morning wastes it, thus it is demotivating for the rest of the day. Starting a day with that activity is so counterproductive.
Huberman has made many misleading claims on podcasts, RUclips, etc. based on small, limited studies. He says things that sound true and backs it up with "studies show xyz," but studies can be skewed to say just about anything. That's not to say we can't trust ANY science. I just mean that especially with the popularity of dopamine pop science, it is important to review the actual source behind the claim. A study of 12 people is too small of a sample size. A study done on rats doesn't necessarily apply to humans. Etc etc
Getting rid of cooked food gave me more energy. Watch Gillian Berry and Fully Raw Kristina and Shane Sterling and Dr. Brooke Goldner and try being a raw vegan for 6 months and see how you feel.

I DEFINITELY needed to hear this! Thank you ❤❤❤
Pure depression.
You can never go wrong with focusing on making your self happy. Happiness is contagious. I am more free now by not worrying what others think

When will you start eating meat? It's super healthy
Waw beautiful girl ⚘️💘💓💞💕❣️❤🧡💛🤍🖤🤎💜💙💚😋
😘
I saw the hand holding. A new man? Is that why you are "so happy/" Can you be happy without a man? It seems not.
The best piece of advice I can give you is find a good homeopath! ❤
Learn to be happy alone. Seems like you seek happiness through men.
If u eat meat u will b happy i think
Thanks for sharing🫶🏽🙏🏽
Thank you for this video! Much needed ❤️
