I passed on my FOURTH time finally in NJ. Love your energy and i I enjoyed watching this when I was tired of just reading and studying……. I was always off by 2-5 points and it was math for me but the day of the test on my fourth time they were so easy compared to before and I passed lol it’s all random. I only remember 2 that I had to guess dealing with amortized tables but a pass is a pass !! Thanks once again.

Maybe it’s going to help, there is a math approach to calculate a percentage. So, if 16350=109% and XYZ=100% to figure out XYZ we are need 16350*100/109

I used some Kaplan, some Aceableagent, and read lil oncourse learning. I did 3 real estate exams scholar and my result came back failed
