It would be so cool if Furls continued with the mixed metals theme and made a copper line! I took advantage of the birthday sale to pick up a few moonlight and borealis hooks on discount per your recommendation- So far I noticed they seem to force me to loosen my normally tight tension to allow the yarn to slide through the acrylic hook without “sticking.” All huge positives for accurate swatching and diminished hand fatigue. I plan on asking for a set of onyx for heXmas. Hopefully still in stock by then!! Thank you!
Love this video! I use the 7mm hook with a single strand of worsted for clothes when I am lazy and don't want the project to take too long 😂 As a plus size ghoul, the larger print looks better on me, too. The new hooks look amazing! I would love a blood red or ruby set.

Speaking of discontinued hooks, thank God for National Coffee Day 2023 because I was FINALLY able to get the Cafe Streamline Swirl set, when I 1st found Furls through you, they were 'out of stock' so I went with the Pumpkin Spice Latte (Jupiter) ones. Same with this year's Earth Day, I FINALLY got a full set of Peppermint wood to go with the Cruella set. I do know that some sellers on Mercari are selling some sizes of Cafe Swirl for $24+ per hook.
i wish they would bring back the odyssey hooks because they went down to size B. my size c got damaged and now I have to use susan bates for my lace weight projects. if not, I hope they make the streamline metals in smaller sizes because my wrists are starting to hurt.

All of my blush streamline metals (All 10) came with a small scratch on the heads too and I figured they would do that so I didn’t put the effort in smh 🤦🏽♀️ but they’re too expensive to come like that so debating sending them all back
My cousin gifted me my first furls hook, it's a capricorn size pp/12mm and it arrived last week. I'm in love with it but I have no idea of projects that call for such a big hook. Any suggestions?

I got a few of the black metal hooks. I love them. I also found a book I would love to recommend. I have not read it yet but it looks killer. It's called " the Cotton Candy Massacre"
I have a few of their single and multiple travel bags just for the hooks. There's also a tote that has specific spots to keep them secure. I've also used small notion bags for just one hook and kind of rolled it up for added protection.

I am using my 7mm right now to make a footrest cover. My cat is trying to use the storage footrest I got for him to lay on as a scratching post, but he doesn't scratch my crochet. I crochet tight and the skeins of what used to be Craftsmart are a thicker 4 weight. It is making the big granny squares work up very quickly.
Every time I see new hooks part of me wishes they would make glow in dark ones... OMG... I would be in heaven if they did that.
