Well some of them are wrong,Recoome was stated to have 40,000.Jeice and Burter are both a bit stronger than recoome,they put up a better fight against Goku who's power level was 90,000.Zarbon's power level in his post-transformation was not 33,000.It was around 27,000 dude,his post transformation doesn't give him that much power

Going by the official information,there's no way 60,000 would be more than enough against the entire Gnyu force. Same gidue that list friezea at 120 million and Goku 150 million.
