The artstyle, the music, the story, the character designs, animation, literally everything is so badass and amazing. I don't understand how do people really believe, Super is better. I mean just look at how OG the characters look, and the color pallette and the plot. It's a shame, how low the series fell with Super.
This is the best Gohan. Cell version is cool but this one is the true warrior. Scared up with only one arm and going to fight knowing he’s gonna die. That’s bad ass.
The Androids were incredibly evil in this timeline. They did that to Gohan for fun, and for no other reason. They didn't even consider how much anguish Trunks would feel over Gohan's death, either. The thought never even crossed their minds.
But he spent 14 years training hard, despite having the highest potential, and the abilitie to get zenkai boosts thanks to his Saiyan genes.. If that weren't for plot's purposes, we wouldn't had this conversation..

As much as I like Gohan after the 7yr time skip to adulthood(11yr old is my fav). This version will always be my fav as him older. This Gohan was truly a badass and I really would’ve like to see this version to be in the main timeline. Just imagine this version with Ultimate vs Buu, in TOP, w/ Beast, OMG. Training with Goku in general. He would definitely give Goku and Vegeta a run for their money. Now I know fellow fans, all of the events in the future of that timeline made him this way, it’s just wishful thinking. 😁😁
I hate the fact that Gohan lost an arm. What an anomaly of bad luck. They didn’t even show how it happened. Saiyans go through heavy battles with losses and always retain their limbs. With that being said, this DBZ special has the saddest storyline they ever put out.

Never made sense to me that in this timeline gohan goes through battle after battle and never reaches the heights of the schoolboy gohan in the main time line . Beast gohan is stupid in my opinion just gets insanely strong and reaches Goni and vegeta that have trained for years after seeing picolo get hurt and in this timeline he sees everyone die and nothing happens

Every other saiyan since the beginning fought all the time and didn’t even reach SS. The show teaches many times SS alone comes through a need, not a want. Which creates the worthy narrative because Saiyans naturally thirst for more power. It took Piccolo almost dying, Krillin dying etc for Goku and it took Vegeta, well, we all know what all he had to go through. Though Gohan was a hybrid the biggest detail he’s not implementing is this Gohan never got the training from old Kai to truly release his full potential.

He said in Superhero he had been training secretly and Beast is the next stage of Ultimate. Future Gohan didn’t have the Hyperbolic Time Chamber compared to Present Gohan. People are forgetting that Gohan achieved Super Saiyan, increased his base form, and unlocked SSJ2 all in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. If he never had it he would’ve remained far behind in strength compared to Goku and Vegeta, and it shows in the Future timeline. The Hyperbolic Time Chamber alone made Vegeta go from being beat by Android 18 to becoming stronger than Semi Perfect Cell who was much more powerful than her. That’s the main reason. Not having someone as strong to train with was another reason.
@@HunnaD2003 Only error in your post my guy was Gohan unlocking SS2 in the hyperbolic time chamber. It was unlocked after Android 16 told him to let it go, to then having his head crushed by Cell. He was stronger than everyone else still only in the Super Saiyan state before that happened. What Goku saw was the potential for the next level. When Gohan stood and said, let’s keep going.
