To clarify some confusion regarding Koro-sensei, Seki Tomokazu voiced him in the OVA, not in the anime where he was voiced instead by Fukuyama Jun :D

Famous english-speaking actors often get so-far-unknown dedicated Japanese VAs, who also commonly get the roles that their english counterpart voices in animated movies. Since most big movies are logically filled with big name actors (both live-action and animated), the Japanese dubs for foreign movies tend to be filled with dedicated VA + less known VA. When that doesn't happen it's usually cause it isn't a big production (which are also commonly dubbed by VAs that are less known), or it is a big one and it gets at most one or two big names, usually for marketing more than anything.
The biggest reason is that getting multiple A-list VA for dubs is kind of a waste cause, just like in most of the world, Japanese people are more likely to watch foreign-language movies subbed than dubbed, most surveys consistently show that around 50-55% of people prefer subs, while the rest is divided at very inconsitent rates between people who doesn't care or makes a choice depending on the movie and people who prefer dubs (and they go as low as 20% and as high as 40%, so it's not a consistenly huge audience).
Generally speaking Japanese A-list VA tend to be reserved for the local big productions so, in fact, it's not really common for that many big names to dub a foreign movie.

I mean id never bully someone for watching dubbed content, but I def think that sub is much better. Mainly because it's harder to recognize if the acting is of poor quality when it's in a language I don't understand. When watching in English, I can easily perceive the exaggerated and melodramatic acting by comparing it to real-life interactions. I'm sure many others can relate because they lack firsthand experience of how Japanese people actually communicate in real life.
