- DeWALT Jobsite Speaker VS Walmart ProScan. Which one of these radios should you buy? While the DeWALT DCR010 is very rugged and would likely take a drop much better, at $129 it becomes difficult to consider when you factor in the Proscan Bluetooth radio is only $19 from Walmart.
While the DeWALT does have more mid-range and bass, it doesn't have the crisp highs that the Proscan has.

I find some music to play at the end and you can REALLY see how these shine! All in all, if I wanted to spend $120 on a speaker I'd buy a Sonos Roam and have all the range including the bass! But for $20? LOL, Proscan it is!

The battery is switchable at anytime on the Dewalt and you're kinda limited with proscan

I just found that DeWalt speaker for $99 including the battery and charger. Probably for contractors makes sense considering the cost of the battery.

The reason why the audio is slightly off sync is because the DeWalt was further away. The Proscan is trash. You wouldve been better off to keep the DeWalt.
I've had stuff out of sink just on my phone or tablet and not all the time. I think it's the load on the sending end
I have the DeWalt. I like other Bluetooth speakers over it. My old phone, the volume increments were ridiculous. The volume would go from a whisper to too loud with increasing 1 notch. I'm constantly adjusting it at lower volumes using that phone. Don't have that issues with other speakers.
Right! You might've noticed in the video with the DeWALT I had to fine tune on the computer AND the speaker. The Walmart speaker it synced with the computer and that was that. Much easier!

I’ve seen them get out of sync when multiple devices are connected at the same time. Maybe that is it?
Nope. It was like that straight out of the box. Connected it to the computer only and out of sync. I figured it might've been netflix so I connected the Aux cord. Nada. Still out of sync.

People have t learn to let these companies stay in their lanes, even when the companies do not want to.
All of my power tools are DeWalt. I believe in them for what they do. But I would never buy a speaker from them. They are going to mark it up to be compensated for their name, and deliver an inferior product because...they are a power tool company, not an audio company.
That Wally World speaker looks a lot like my JBL flip 5. The quality is probably lower than my JBL, better than the DeWalt BUT...and I am sure it is cheaper than both.
