Testo 320 Combustion Analyzer O2 Sensor Replacement

I Purchased my Testo 320 in October of 2012 , my First RUclips Video with it was on October the 11th , 2012 since then I have had so Many of my Good Friends tell Me they have Purchased this Fantastic Combustion Analyzer , and they LOVE It !!! I Never Push a Certain Brand of Tool ; However I Believe that Every HVAC Contractor that Works on Gas Fired Appliances should Have a Combustion Analyzer , No Matter who the Manufacturer , ALL HVAC Companies Should have at Least One Combustion Analyzer for there Technicians !!! If your Contractor does NOT Perform a Combustion Analysis there NOT doing there Job to the Best of there Abilities , they are Guessing which could be Placing You and Your Family in Potential Danger !!! Ask your Contractor if they Do this Simple Combustion Analysis Procedure before they Come Out on your Winter Check n Clean , if they Do Not Call Someone that Does ... Thanks for Watching , Fritz ...
Testo 320 Combustion Analyzer O2 Replacement :
Replacing sensors
✓ The measuring instrument must be switched off.
1. Place the measuring instrument on its front.
2. Unscrew, lift up and remove the service cover.
3. Disconnect the hose connections from the faulty sensor/bridge.
4. Remove the faulty sensor/bridge from the slot.
5. Install new sensor / new bridge in the slot.
6. Push the hose connections on to the sensor/bridge.
7. Refit and close the service cover.
After replacing an O2 sensor, wait for an equalisation
period of 60 min to elapse before using the instrument
again.
