I live south east of Kansas City and see them all the time. I have seen three in the air at one time, but that was the only time. Last week we had two B2's flying around for about 20 minutes so I can say this report is pretty accurate.

All the 42 B-2's in the inventory you mean? most of which are down due to maintenance issues at any time? so, we had a handful of B-2's at best.

I caught one yesterday or the day before I live a few minutes south of Springfield Missouri and I’ve seen 5 or 6 in the past 2 months

Assuming that they were armed, they'd have, maybe 18 minutes to get all of them to 40,000 feet.
In a surprise assault, they might get two or three up and away, maybe.
