    As Thai, I think you did almost perfect but you missed 1 main ingredient that is garlic. And also authentic one we don’t add green onion.

      Yes. That green onion is NOT right. He also use Chinese technic which we don't do it like stiring fried meat separately or puting eggs before noodles. Search Hot That Kitchen channel and you will see real Thai cooks there.

      @@Neednoy2 browning meat/protein first and seperately to build caramelization will always be superior to any "authentic" technique no matter the nationality of the dish.

      even among thais there are different ways of cooking the same dish … to claim one ingredient or technique isn’t authentic or ‘how a thai would do it’ is ridiculous. wouldn’t it be boring if every single restaurant or thai family made pad see ew the EXACT same way? some places cook it better than others, and that’s because everyone does it differently.

      @@shaymin33988 I agreed that there is no one way exactly for any dish but anyway you won’t find any pad-seeew in Thailand add green onion in the dish. If you see one please let me know. There are so many comments about how to cook and since he came it’s an authentic one so I commented on this point.

    I’m Thai and I cook. It’s not Thai’s Pad See Ew.
    I’m sure that your dish has a great taste.
    In Thai, we start with garlic then fry the noodles then stir the eggs into. Your broccoli is acceptable but green onion or another onion, spring onion, or shallot are not okay. Baby corn or carrots are acceptable. Finally, good Pad See Ew is not that oily.

    This version looks good and as a Thai person I would probably enjoy these noodles if you told me it was chow fun. But he said he was going to show us how to make it exactly like Thailand, then makes it nothing like Thailand. Also I noticed there was no sugar being used as well as no garlic. This is chicken chow fun, not pad see ew. Still looks very tasty but I would probably not come back to a Thai restaurant if they gave me this 😅

    I am positive that this is surely better than what I’m eating everyday! Your prepared cooking oil gives bunch of extra aroma❤ and I know that this is far better than garlic oil alone.
