Always fun to play the calling segment loud and listen as your terribs call back.
Aaah yeah~ excited for this series, Troy!
Thanks Nikki!
This is an excellent idea for a series Troy! This tank was the exact one I've been wondering about, great pick for first video! Looking forward to the others!
Thank you!
Yes. This is great. Could I ask that you also show a "before/after" from just after you planted everything to now? Even if it's just a couple pics you have left over after the build, I think it would help give us perspective on how much time helps. Awesome stuff! Thanks
Great job! I’m interested to know about the Sina Bacteria (probably spelt wrong) issues you mentioned you had in the vivariums with the sponge filter mats. You mentioned that issue in your Paludarium build.
That red mushroom at 6:22 is beautiful
You sooo should have put the male call right at 0:13 when the beat dropped
Everyone has their preferences haha
Yo Troy....these dudes seem most chill!!
Another great video Troy, always informative and helping people level up in the hobby.
Super stoked for this series!
Big yes to this series! Can’t wait for the others as well! Love everything about your tanks and species of frogs 🤙🏻
I love this video Troy!!!

Absolutely brilliant loved every bit of it!!! Here’s to many more ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love these in depth vids. Helps me with the plants I'm looking for as most vids dont give names etc. Keep up the great content 🙌
New to the channel. Love the info. Keep up the good work 💪🏾

Wow their chirps are impressive!
Can’t Wait for the next one!
Hell yea we like this idea. Great video looking forward for more 👍🏽🔥🔥🔥
Very well thought out video. I also love your camera work, especially the close-ups.
Big fan of this series already
I'm loving this new series! I enjoyed the crisp close up on the plants and most of all frogs. Made the mints look sparkly and beautiful. The silent pause with the frog calling was really nice. Keep it up!
This is a great idea... keep it up!
what an awesome idea ! love that it was mints just picked up a group myself
Great idea and information. I will follow this series for sure and further fuel the will to get dart frogs some of my own one day. :)
Excellent idea very beautifull and relaxing
Great series! Mints are my favorite.
Love this series. I'm excited for any of the Histrionica tanks, as my Bullseyes have been showing signs of courting behavior recently.
Great idea, Really interesting with all the names of the plants and of course behaviours from terribilis. I would love to see one on bastimentos.
Thank you for this video!
Love to see some super blues in this format as I have a group of 3.
Great Job!
Very well done.
Awesome series
Your videos are by far the best on dart frogs!!! Thanks for all the great content 🙌
This looks INCREDIBLE! as a matter of fact, all your creations do! If I was a frog I would want to live In Troy's Frogroom!
Very nice vid, as usual, but really like this focus and format 👍
Looking forward to the next video!
I am in love with these guys! so beautiful! and so many beautiful plants man! I could spend a week inside your frog room!
Thank you for putting this video out. Top notch video man. Part way thru have to stop coming back to rewatch with a notepad needs to write some things down.
Great video!
I like.
Really cool
Great plant info for me👍
Awesome video, very informative
Live this video. Informative about the frogs just enough, and lively to see what plants other people prefer! I'd love to see another tank with horizontal branches crossing the canopy, and more about this feature.
So interesting ❤
It's cool to see some of these established tanks in more detail, especially since there's not as much time for that during things like your recent room tour (excellent by the way!) I feel like there are a ton of videos showing freshly set up enclosures but not a lot beyond minor updates on tanks that have been established for some time.
Great and interessting video😊
Would like to see more of this series.
Maybe denrobates leucomelas :)
Finally. An undiluted, all-encompassing species specific video. Keep this going, bro! Hey RUclips, delete all other terribilis vids...they are fake news.
Hahahhahha
Nice. Good job man. These are my favorite spices. I have 3 mints, 3 yellows and 3 orange. ( separate tanks ). Very easy to take care of and very fun and relaxing to watch.
My honest opinion, of all dart frog vivarium videos, this is the best one!
I’m very much looking forward to this series it’s gonna be awesome!
Thanks
Moss from mars! Catching the next flight. Leucs please, yea I know, tons already done on them. Leucs please with a side order of French fries! Thanx.
Leucs have been done, but so have terribilis, I’m sure I will be able to add some information about Leucs that hasn’t previously been seen or talked about on RUclips. ;)
Love the format! Looking forward to the rest of the series!
Thank you !
Very cool
Loved this style!!!
Thank you!
love this video format, excited to see more !
Thank you!
Great video. Awesome footage. Excellent information on both the frogs and plants!

Amazing video. the shots you get of them are amazing I have no words, like always your habitats are the best in the hobby. You inspire me to be a better keeper every video you make. thank you keep up the amazing work cant wait to see more!!!!

I'm so bad with Plant names lol This helps a ton man. Thanks for always taking the time to put together all this info. Awesome work as always bro.
Thanks Drew, you’re a real one!
Happy to hear the video is BIOACTIVE.
That comforts me.
Hahahahah did you read the description lol?
@@TroyGoldberg hahahahah yes I did mate ;)
Great video I would love you to explain a bit about your bastimentos redfrogbeach/ cementery or the histriónica tado as I saw you already got a clutch ;)
Omg I love seeing the little string of turtles in there! It's all soo gorgeous
Close... but actually emarginella is slightly different than prostrata
@@TroyGoldberg oooh nice! Gonna look not into those
Great video!
Thank you!
Great video, thanks for spelling out the plant name on screen sometimes people say the name to quick for me. Also If you got an E. antonyii to showcase next is my suggestion or that little lizard you've mentioned in a different video.
Thank you!
I love your videos and have learned so much. Going over your plants and how they grow out is so helpful for beginners. I'm planning a 12x12x24 paludarium , and I'm currently trying to figure out which plants to stock it with. If you have a smaller tank like that I would love to see a video on it! :)
The smallest I have are 22x17x24
Great new Series, looking forward into more Spotlight Videos to come. I'm very Interested into the Ranitomeya Family and also like to know why you are not such a great Fan of these Frogs. Greetings from Overseas.
Thank you
very good film.
Thank you!
This is awesome! :)
Thank you!
Np! You make the coolest tanks Troy! They look like you took a slice out of a rainforest.
Very nice Work! !! Best regards from Germany !!! 😎
Thanks so much!
@@TroyGoldberg you're very welcome
Nice ideia....can you do a film about tinctorius nominat! 😍
Brilliant thanks troy 👍excited about the new series, when are you gonna do phyllobates vittatus?
I don’t own them, so not anytime soon
Great video! Hoping to see one on the Vanessas 😬
You will!
I used to think these guys were really plain looking, but now I find them quite cool looking
They’re plain, but just amazing animals
Bro I love your vid
Thanks!
Keep these type of videos going! Can you do one on your Cemetery frogs.
I plan on it!
Hi Troy! Love the videos, stunning vivariums, was wondering if you might have any tips on something fast growing I could use to cover the background of a 6x4 background for my young fiji iguana (so humidity isn't that high like your frogs) appreciate any help. Keep up the amazinf videos.
Australian swamp stonecrop. If it's moist and it has light in growt like crazy
@@alexsilasi630 Thx!
9:08 it sounds like a damn chicken coop! Haha.
Yeah one of the males kept making this crazy noise!
the quelity of your images is really beautiful, what do you use for filming the frogs without frighten them, thank you!
Hello. I am new here. I'm just now getting into frog keeping and learning all I can. This is one species I am interested in. To me the call is just as important as how the frogs look. Actually more important. I would like nice sounds in my house. I think this is a great idea for a series. I would love to learn about Dendrobates auratus green and black. So hard to find a video that focuses on their call. Also I'm curious about Santa Isabella darts. I like their call and would like to see how you set yours up. Right now I just have a small terrarium with tiny greenhouse frogs that were in my greenhouse. I like how relaxing your narration is and the lovely tanks you have for all your pets. I look forward to more videos when you have time.
Hi! So unfortunatly I don’t have either SI, or auratus... watch the frogroom tour and you’ll see my collection. I can tell you that auratus have basically no audible call.... very very silent
@@TroyGoldberg Ah ok. Thank you very much for letting me know. I will be checking out your other videos. I watch on PC so I have to pick which ones are on the shorter end that are comfortable to watch at my desk.
Awesome content as usual, looking forward to the rest of this series!
Btw any tips for planting Selaginella “Gold Tips”? Would you recommend using it just like moss? (i.e slap it on some damp moss/wood, kept moist, etc)
Yeah that’s what I’d do with it
@@TroyGoldberg Thank you Troy!
Where do your plants get their nutrients from..? And what do you do with any extra babies you don't have room for or sell?
I'm just getting into this hobby & you're my main inspiration, but these are my main questions I can't seem to find answers for on my own...
Great work & awesome channel btw, I'll be a new regular here & wish you the best man~
Water and moss…. I sell them
Still baffles me why you don't get more views. Truly amazing videos, great recording, stunning tanks. Don't suppose you would be able to share what moss you use btw, it looks great in your tanks.
Thanks so much, I guess I’m just never gonna be part of RUclipss algorithm.
@@TroyGoldberg yeah, youtubes a bit broken like that
They cute doe😘
