I had the roti at B&M market, just by itself because where I am in South East Asia it's not as strange to eat roti plain. But this... this roti was out of this world amazing. So good that we went back out from our car for seconds!

"Greater Miami" is another way to say South Florida area. In that case, the video is not wrong. Ask anyone from Broward or Palm Beach who have been to Miami and they will tell you that it is a different country all on its own lol.
