Nice resort style house. I'm definitely not interested in living in a resort style house. I want a house with backyard with fruit trees and to have a vegetable garden and some root crops as well as a breadfuit tree. I must have my own food on premises. If i want a weekend getaway, I'll go to an Airbnb or an all-inclusive hotel. Think about food people and dont depend on others to provide your basic nutrition support.

It is true. The lawyers do not go thru the Sales Agreement. I keep asking the lawyer to get when the property will be completed in the SA and she completely ignored it. It has been years now that the property is under construction....smh

I tried my best for many years but nobody cares enough to help with beautifying the community. It's so frustrating. They don't seem to understand that outside of there home is just as important. Help!!😢😢

Actually, there is a science behind the design. If designed properly, the floor, drainage, ratio of glass enclosure etc, that will prevent this. Unfortunately, alot of the Developer's ND the contractors are not very informed beyond the basics
