Do you infridgerate the kefir milk? Is the supermarket milk fresh for us who can't get milk direct from farms? Is it ok to boil fresh milk before use if one is able to access it? Am just thinking the glass jars cover are mettalic 🤔. Do they have any effect on the kefir milk still?

You keep using them over and over you can even leave them for your children's children😂. They multiply as long as you're feeding them with milk.
