Hello sir My brother is diagnosed HIV I +ve 25 days ago. There is NO possible strong exposure H/O. His viral load less than 40 copies/ml, CD 3 & CD 4 count is normal. We consulted to a dr. He didn't started ART I/V/O viral load is less. My question is are there any hopes of test getting negative? He is just 22 yrs old. He did his medical in January 22 for joining, it was normal. Found +ve in next medical which he did in June 28 th. Same year 2022. I m so tensed Will u guide me please?

So if a person viral load is low this can still pass it in even if u just enter for a lil while
It is possible, but the chances are about 1% when it is low.
