Hello sir My brother is diagnosed HIV I +ve 25 days ago. There is NO possible strong exposure H/O. His viral load less than 40 copies/ml, CD 3 & CD 4 count is normal. We consulted to a dr. He didn't started ART I/V/O viral load is less. My question is are there any hopes of test getting negative? He is just 22 yrs old. He did his medical in January 22 for joining, it was normal. Found +ve in next medical which he did in June 28 th. Same year 2022. I m so tensed Will u guide me please?

hai - after exposure i got tested every month tridot - negative 17 days - neagtive 56 days - negative 60 days hiv RNA PCR QUALITATIVE - NOT DETECTED 78 days - negative 100 days elisa- index value 0.38 135 days tridot test - non reactive 5 months westernblot -negative are the tests conclusive or still i need to take any tests what are the chance of getting positive in future ? is window period 6 months or more ? my last test taken was at exactly 5 months

But.. what does it mean if the persons viral load drops and cd4 count remains high WITHOUT meds?

Truthfully, i was tested HIV + positive last 3years. Can you explain me in most of the videos four enzymes reverse transcriptase, integrase, ribonuclease, and protease inject into the cell to create its copies , but no video says during maturing of cell from where these enzymes come together to form a new virus cell ;( Viruses multi plicate billions of time to destroy a cell for generating it's copies either. Is it Genome? Help me out if anyone knows.
