  • One year following the tragic demise of Mahsa Amini while in police custody, the protests arising from her death have escalated, resulting in the most significant political upheaval since the Iranian Revolution. Professor Amini, as an Iranian girl I never felt safe in Iran and my biggest fear were police, especially morality police!

When you invite someone like Mohammad Marandi, a governmental agent, what do you expect to hear other than lie. Please respect your listeners and don't invite such people. It's just like an insult listening to him

Stop spreading lies. Marandi is an advisor and a university teacher and he holds no positions in the government.

Please do more research when you're inviting guests. This person, Negar Mortazavi, is an Islamic republic supporter and made lots of lobbies for IRR interests in the past decade. Don't invite this person to talk about the revolution in Iran against the brutal regime she supports dearly.
She's well known in Iranian public for her blood washings of IRR regime and trying to misrepresent protesters in Iran to the world.
This revolution is not just because of backward mandate hijab, but also lots of other factors like political dictatorship, a messed up economy, having one of the worst inflation in the global economy, the brutality of police, torture and rape in custody and so on.
People want change, and they want the world's support for it to happen. Now these kinds of puppets job is to misrepresent Iranian will to the world.

@@markm5758 no she's not. She actually spreads lies to the world. Four years ago she denied IRGC firing missile at the passengers airplane and two days after that, she tried to blood wash by saying "IRGC accepted their mistake and it's a good sign".
About 9 months ago, she said Islamic republic has removed morality police from the streets, but it was a lie back and they were on the streets and just 4 months ago a girl named Armita murdered by the police in the metro station just like how Mahsa Amini got killed in custody. These are just some of the many lies she said.

The protests you mention 00:35 are very small compared to the reaction by the people of Iran to these riots and everything. Such as tens and tens of millions on revolution anniversary

You should listen more to the professor who lives in Iran and less to the Belgium parliamentarian who herself has stated on Twitter that she supports Israel..who do you believe? 🤦‍♂️

It would be best if you never listened to those who support the Islamic Republic because they lie about everything. This Marandi guy works for the government and is a lobbyist for Regim. All he said on screen is lye. Women or men aren't safe even during the day when somewhere is less crowded. Mashsa Amini has been killed and didn't die. It was always Authorities who suppressed the protests in a violent way and killed people on the streets. And ask yourself! if everything is like what this dude says, why don't they easily run a poll on these issues? or even simpler, why the football matches being held with no fans in the bigger stadiums?

The number one responsible for adherence is the government, they should have only Islamic laws, and enforce them. As for Rational Hijab, it will take over Paris, don't worry about Teheran. You are not fair nor reasonable.

She did not die due to neglect or beating or anything such, this is completely clear who have seen the footage and other things. So how dare you use it for attacking the Iranian state? That's typical but still traitorous and super toxic. You are indeed ignorant, for hijab is not only an Islamic thing nor is it religious rather than rational act?
