I am trying to setup the Tenda directly to the modem but have to disconnect current WiFi to use cable (because has only one port that fits the Ethernet cable the came with the Tenda). Hello, i have a Tenda AC100 AC10U, and i connected from my provider router wich is fiber conection, and i dont know why my speed is half with my Tenda connected. If i keep my laptop connected only with router from my provider, i have Fiber 1000, my speed is 980 D / 900 U, and when i connect my Tenda, speed is half, like 540 D/ 450 U ....any advice here, please? My router is correct configured but i can't understand why my speed is half with Tenda, and not full like with my provider router? I connected both with a cale, and from my Tenda a cable to my laptop.
Hello! I have a multiple questions if you don't mind me asking. Isn't the Tenda rx12 pro wireless so I can just disconnect my old router, connect the ethernet cable to the Tenda router and connect the other end of the cable to my laptop?

@KnowledgeSharingTech well I got it working. Can you help me with something? When my pc is plugged into gateway I get 900 mbps down and 900 up as my isp gives me. When I'm hard wired into new router I get 350 at max

Connect a PC to the Tenda router and try the setup with the web interface: tendawifi.com

@@MARYOLIONHEART It will always be slower. Just Google "why is my wifi slower than my Ethernet" to get all the reasons.
