Arsenal don’t need to do anything for you Hugh mate
but they do need to win
Again, another typical bias, goalpost moving pundit. If they beat City, it will be another goalpost they move for Arsenal to 'prove' something else. Join the queue with Neville, Rio, Carra etc.
@SC..28 only thing you can do is actually win the the league. Aim for the goal and stop complaining about goalposts.
This guy needs to prove to me he has any credentials to be talking to the masses
I’m being genuine here
Who the f is this guy?
Why didn't you say LFC should win when they played City. So called pundits hating Arsenal again.
Because Liverpool is injury ridden playing a full strength Man City at that time?
@@danieltan6742🎻🎻🎻
What has that got to do with anything? That sounds like an excuse, considering it was at Anfield @danieltan6742
@@TheKh65 Why is that had nothing to do if Arsenal had Rice or Saliba injured I am sure it make a big difference. Such a banter fan Arsenal got there as always
Arsenal are capable of beating anyone anywhere, the days when Arsenal were being brushed aside easily are gone.
Don't have to beat City at the Etihad for that. How many times have City not won at Anfield and still won the title. Isn't there a famous quote about drawing away at rivals and winning at home to win titles?
It’s always different when it’s arsenal
no there is no such famous quote
Just once
Beaten Liverpool and City already. The only team to do that this season so far btw. Arsenal don’t need to prove anything to cockwombles on Talksport.
Arsenal beat City in the PL this year ?
@@draoicht22yep!
Need a deflection goal and to win a weaken depleted Liverpool squad full of kids of how proud can you be.
@@danieltan6742ah, the two most common excuses used. Might as well take away those wins for Arsenal and give them to charity
@@danieltan6742 yep 2 wins
Is that Rory Jennings. Saw him first from a distance and thought Rory was on. Dressing the same way as well
The pressure is on Man City to win. They must prove that they are still the favourites. Arsenal don't need to win. A draw will suit them fine.
A win for Arsenal will boost their morale and give them the confidence to win that title
Facts. Arsenal do not need to win, pressure is on city... Arsenal just need to turn up
City are not hungry to win their 4th PL title in a row... I'd say Arsenal need to win to save their fans blushes at the end of the season... Simple.
Huge game and a chance for the boys to prove how far they’ve come from that defeat last season. If even if arsenal win doesn’t mean they’ll win the league. Same for city they’re still enough time to drop points
Jesus with last minute goal madness
First arsenal need to win against Liverpool now this 😂
Wow, what an insight.
Did you come up with that all by your own?
This Dubai holiday they had, has to be a documentary soon if we win one of the big trophies cos whatever happened out there, changed their whole game up
Hugh is super salty regarding Arsenal so who cares what the muppet thinks? 😂
The whole country will be supporting city on Sunday it will be an unhappy Easter for England this year 😂😂😂😂😂 and I'll love it
They do have to beat city if they are going to win the league.
Honestly, because they still got Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester United and I don't see them winning all three. The first to drop points in this run in is somewhat out tbh.
We can draw and still win or even get beaten and still win
It’s a huge game for both clubs, but I think it’s bigger for City. If Arsenal lose, they’ll still be within one game of City and Liverpool. Their chances would be hugely diminished, but they’d have a chance. If City lose, they’ll, assuming Liverpool wins, be 4 points and goal difference behind Arsenal and Liverpool, so if they lose, they’re pretty much out of it.
How is it bigger for City?
They’re serial winners coming off winning a treble……
They play bigger matches a LOT more often than other teams because of how many competitions they’re always in……what on earth are you talking about? 🤣
@@samroberts6697 It’s bigger in the context of this premier league season because of the reasons I’ve explained, not for the trajectory and recent past of the clubs as you’ve extended it to. If City go 2 games back with 9 to go against two other clubs, it’s probably over for their title hopes.
The gunners have to win at the Etihad as a statement to everyone that the league is in there control. Anything else I believe it's citys.
Arsenal need to win but even that won’t make us favourites cus ppl are forgetting with UCL games added we basically play a game every 3 days and have a crazy difficult fixture list. That’s why I don’t think we will win PL
Liverpool and city have more games.
@@tomwaitsmencseoh yeah, that means Arsenal should win then.
You need to prove yourself a pundit and a presenter to make claims like that
This is crazy how many times have city won at anfield ??
If I am Liverpool, I want Arsenal to win at the Etihad. here is why. Liverpool is going to beat Brighton at Anfield. So that means they open a 4 point lead on City at that point. Then If Arsenal wins, then both Pool and Arsenal have a 4 point lead which is actually 5 points because both Gunners and Reds would then at a minimum have a 12 and 5 goal difference respectively. City is not making that goal difference up with 9 games to go and City, by virtue of being in the FA cup, would have the most total games to play of the 3 teams. so an Arsenal win effectively turns it into a 2 horse race instead of 3. Liverpool has the easiest run of matches of the top 3 with Arsenal having the hardest. So if I am the Reds, I would take the draw but I would want the Gunners to win so that when they trip up at Tottenham or Old Trafford, I pip the title.
I don't think Liverpool can nor will win all their 3 away matches in that congested 1 week time against Everton, West Ham and Fulham. Neutral fan would prefer a Man CIty win because that would make less noise pollution. Imagine if Arsenal win their deluded fan will be extremely unbearable.
What makes you think that if Arsenal win against city, with that belief, they won’t go on and win their last 9 games !!!
Listen Hugh I know you cant bite the hand that feeds you but last week you were telling us "this is no ordinary international week we have Brazil and Belgium "zzzzz now its the greatest Prem finish in history top and bottom!!!!!! Lets not forget how thrilling the Chamionship is when its really as dull as dishwater and 10 games toooooo long plus p/offs...I think you need to get out more
Dont compare Arsenal cos 3-6yrs ago , most of Arsenal players were 14-17yr ol schoolkids or not even at Arsenal like Trossard, Rice unlike most of Richy and then Pools players who were there f 8 -10yrs(Salah, Firms, Milner, Kdb, Kompany, Aguero, Stones, Yaya etc).
When Pep/Klopp arrived, how old was Saka, Oders erc compared to the Pool /Richy players?
Guys - I don't write the titles but if you watch the video, I obviously didn't say this. Appreciate the love ❤
Big respect to you for actually commenting on your vid.
Lazy comment....we're top of the table. Most goals scored, least goals conceded. If we don't win the league to a better team; then so be it, but we don't have to prove anything!
Everyone needs to win
WELL OBVIOUSLY!!! we need to WIN it. it is CLEAR as 1+1 = 2. wow pundits nowadays....seriously guys. the quality is unacceptable!

Well now with stones, walker, and akanji likely all out for the game. Arsenal probably should win this game.
Stop that is not how it works. Also 2 of those if not all 3 will be magically fit. City have a squad. Arsenal have a squad as well now.
@@theach84 if all 3 of them are out then city have no right back. That's a real problem against the best team in the prem this season.
@@MrRollup10 they are not all out only stones .walker and okanji are okay
No way arsenal beating city at home. Absolutely impossible
Really?
@@mikaiyldavis1906maybe a 1 percent chance but if they do I would be surprised

Love how these standards are there for Arsenal. If they can't beat City at home, which no one has done in like 100 years, then how can they really challenge. It's not as if Arsenal have the best offense and defense or that they're top in nearly April. But if u can't beat City at home lol, waffle😂
Arsenal have already beat City and Liverpool
And lost 5 points against Fulham, same team City put 5 goals past😂..Football dont work like that
They did but in their own backyard with a deflected late goal . Arsenal yet to win away against top 6 teams this year.
@ma466 which other team has won away in the top 6 this season. Always shifting goal posts when Arsenal proves you lot wrong. Pathetic clutching 😂😂

Liverpool will win the title, and this game will end in a draw
Arsenal has beat City twice already so what prove again?
Dude has no credibility at all. Arsenal doesn’t need to win against city because just one result cannot decide the season
Same old same old arsenal need to prove this and that its boring
No arsenal need to win the league to prove that they can win it

Arsenal win
Hugh who?
Arsenal has nothing to prove to you... delusional
Liverpool will lose to Brighton, Arsenal v Man City 2-2

Is it me or are talksport presenters real clowns 🤡
The most annoying host in radio history
City cheats , easy win
Arsenal cannot win vs City ( ofc they can but I mean they won't ). They don't have the metal.
What's metal gotta do with anything?
Arsenal already beat them, mate. Community Shield and at Home. Speaking like you only win the league if you beat them every single match.
Arsenal beat Leicester 2x in Leicesters winning season. Football doesn't always work like that, mate.
I still think arsenal will finish 3rd
A draw will be a good result nothing gained nothing lost.
