Great video pal. You had the same idea as me pal. I literally visited the zoo on Sunday 18th for the first time in 40 years. I also spoke about that learning centre building being the main entrance when I was last there.

You picked the right day to go. It's done nowt but rain here in Lancashire for weeks on end. Love hearing the seagulls in the background. Good to see gods creatures in safe surroundings. Sad that this may be the only way we get to see them in the future, what with poaching etc
Never been to Blackpool zoo because we are members of Knowsley safari Park but might take mrs and kids Blackpool zoo for a day out thanks for showing us
I went there last year, it doesn’t take long to see the whole park, and yeah it is very expensive but think about how much these beast eat in a day, more than you even ! the elephants and big cats were very impressive ! Those pelican bird with the massive beaks, these are the weirdest things I’ve ever seen !!

@BensonDean at least we have better animal welfare in our UK zoos than most places around the world.. guess that the plus apart for the minor conservation side. I do some what agree with you though, I saw a zebra here in my last visit, it looked so sad and was in the same enclosure as a horse that was displaying some very dominant bully behaviour.. this was during the start of lockdown though so staff was minimal

Some of them are endangered species, and would now be extinct if not for zoos but I know what you mean
