Fumiya seemed to understand Mana's video, intentions, and style, and he is just basically making some comments and giving points to Mana to learn something more from him and his experiences and knowledge about Filipinos and the Philippines, and also for some comedic and RUclips drama purposes. Also, not all people do easily understand a reverse psychology message or speech right away or at all, and also these two native Japanese vloggers are trying to communicate and make sense of their videos that are not in their native language, so there is obviously some elements of language barrier between them. We should understand and appreciate them both, and not just Mana or just Fumiya. We're just lucky that we can easily spot a message or speech that is in reverse psychology, and that we can understand English and Taglish very well.
It's even cuter that Fumiya is acting as his senpai and telling her what she needs to know more and in detail about the Philippines and about Filipinos. He is not angry or saying harsh things to Mana intentionally. Remember that he is a fluent Japanese speaker and not very fluent in expressing his emotions and ideas in English, Filipino/Tagalog, or Taglish unlike us native Filipinos who are fluent with those languages. Also, Mana didn't understand this video of Fumiya and the subtleties of his sarcasm and comedy here, because she can't understand Filipino/Tagalog or Taglish at all. A language barrier just happened. It's like how I also had experienced some confusion in terms of intention, meaning, tone, and message with my Bisaya friend when we speak in Filipino/Tagalog in school, 'cause she is a native Cebuano speaker and I am a native Chavacano speaker, and Tagalog or Filipino national language is not our native language.

Fumiya seemed to understand Mana's video, intentions, and style, and he is just basically making some comments and giving points to Mana to learn something more from him and his experiences and knowledge about Filipinos and the Philippines, and also for some comedic and RUclips drama purposes. Also, not all people do easily understand a reverse psychology message or speech right away or at all, and also these two native Japanese vloggers are trying to communicate and make sense of their videos that are not in their native language, so there is obviously some elements of language barrier between them.
We should understand and appreciate them both, and not just Mana or just Fumiya. We're just lucky that we can easily spot a message or speech that is in reverse psychology, and that we can understand English and Taglish very well.
It's even cuter that Fumiya is acting as his senpai and telling her what she needs to know more and in detail about the Philippines and about Filipinos. He is not angry or saying harsh things to Mana intentionally. Remember that he is a fluent Japanese speaker and not very fluent in expressing his emotions and ideas in English, Filipino/Tagalog, or Taglish unlike us native Filipinos who are fluent with those languages. Also, Mana didn't understand this video of Fumiya and the subtleties of his sarcasm and comedy here, because she can't understand Filipino/Tagalog or Taglish at all.
A language barrier just happened. It's like how I also had experienced some confusion in terms of intention, meaning, tone, and message with my Bisaya friend when we speak in Filipino/Tagalog in school, 'cause she is a native Cebuano speaker and I am a native Chavacano speaker, and Tagalog or Filipino national language is not our native language.

Philippine experience of fumiya and mana is very different but i like and watch both. mana experience is show japanese the high street of philippines (tourist spot) BUT fumiya experience is very deep- he help sell hotdog stand, walk rainy and have fun in crazy divisoria, para para jeepney, go to jungle. he show low to high end lifestyle in philippines in a fun way :) fumiya dont act like tourist in his videos
