Such a blessing to listen and remember to practice right thinking. To recognize a thought, feelings, emotions and perceptions and not to supress them. Was feeling down and this has helped me to remember my power and that I am love and compassion. Suffering helps me to remember my self compassion.

I suffered enough. I was naturally compassionate and empathetic a healer at birth
Now I'm dark, emotionless for the most, very unempathetic to most people
I don't care about anyone.
I have 1 wish this is all I ever had and it was unjustifiably absolutely sabbatoged and destroyed.
I'm never going to be me again and I certainly don't understand why or how certain ppl consistently attacked until I was broken

@@julierosado1806I’ve been where you are, and I still ruminate over the past. Meditation and mindfulness can help greatly with this, as it is a method you can use to catch yourself when ruminating by noting ‘remembering’, ‘thinking’ ‘questioning’ etc.
