I sent an email first to Erika. It takes her about 2 days or so to email back. She said she can do any strap just order as usual and then send her an email to remind her that you have a fixed bar watch. I had to send a second email because I forgot to put the invoice number. She again sent me an email to confirm that she received my email. Now I am waiting for my two bands to arrive. I ordered the original with yellow stripe and a lumed band. I think that will look pretty cool. Good video, I wanted to see how to put it on before the bands arrive.

Have you ever noticed the screw coming loose by itself over time with general wear?

I only wear it a few days in a row and after that change straps, so I don’t know unfortunately

Great review, i change bands quite a bit and i was considering buying this style for my regular watches with removable spring bars so i do not have to go through the hassle of taking of the spring bars (the screw looks very easy to do). Would you recommend this? Does the presence of the screw change the wearability? It would also be great to post some pictures or vids of this strap on your wrist so we can see how the screw stands out.
thanks for the help and great video.

the screw does not change wearability, but its a bit involved to change, i'd say as easy as removing the springbars not better

What is that screw made of, aluminium or steel? I am considering such a strap for a fixed lug wrist compass, so ferrous metals are best avoided.

I would love to help but I don't know how to tell. Is there some test I can use for aluminum/steel ? Also you can email Erika, she usually responds well.

That rubber band strap is terrible for me since I change straps daily even more than 2x a day at times. NATO straps are best for me it's more durable & cost effective and DON'T lose it's elasticity thru time.

Erika's straps are not as easy to change and not as cheap as NATO, but they are definitely not made of rubber. I think your comment is about a different strap

Okay, everybody got that? This strap is terrible for Bernard’s very odd and specific behavior. Thanks for sharing.

Any nato strap works with any kind of bars
