The way Kazuha's VA speaks is so genuinely poetic. I don't think I've ever heard someone able to put so much passion and intensity into such a short amount of dialogue, It straight up sounds like subtle slam poetry, so mesmerizing.

In all honestly, the fact that he wasn’t able to even know how his friend felt in his final moments is incredibly painful. He will spend the rest of his life asking himself if his friend was happy for seeing the special sword art, sad for realizing that he never had a chance to win and now he leaves his cat and best friend behind, or just plainly irritated that he couldn’t beat the archon. I hope that after we defeat baal (If that were to happen which I don’t doubt it would) Kazuha could ask if she remembers his friend’s facial expression so he could be “at peace”

Sucrose and her friends grew apart even though they promised to stay together. Xiao is the only one of the five Yakshas that's still fighting. Plus he lost someone he cared about when he was enslaved. Jean grew apart with her sister Barbara and is bound to lose Lisa as well, since Lisa doesn't have long to live.
Wow I just noticed a really neat detail about this. At 0:52 Kazuha mentions that his friend challenged the vision hunterS (plural) 1:02 it says "the defeated face divine punishment, while the victors gain a second chance", and at 1:27 you can see many swords planted into the ground. I've seen a couple jokes that Kazuha's friend is weak because he lost to Sara (who got bitchslapped by Signora), but he didn't just challenge Sara, he challenged ALL of the vision hunters and was only finally defeated by Sara (if even her? I don't remember it being explicitly said who) after seemingly taking out several other vision hunters. I'm so upset please make him playable LOL

Kazuha's voice actor is my favourite one so far. He just sounds so natural when tryna sound like he's on the verge of tears, his combat effort is my favourite one for the English dub.

All 5 artefacts rolled with DEF and DEF % substats and ATK % and CRIT RATE/CRIT DMG. I have 3 builds worth of artefacts with her. One uses 4 piece Gladitors, one is 2 piece defenders (flower and feather) and 2 piece Gladiators - which is less damage but a lot more tanks.. . And a 4 piece retracing Bolide build. She does average damage at with normal attacks at AR57... but during ULT she is a primary DPS level hitting 40k - 45k crits.
Kazuha's friend is the ultimate Chad, challenging the Electro Archon's subordinate (who has an Electro vision) with an Electro vision, where if he won he'd have a second chance and if he didn't he would've gotten the Divine Punishment, something that he wanted to witness anyway. My man played the long game, he won in both scenarios. The Raiden Shogun is playing connect-four while Kazuha's friend is playing 4d chess. All part of the keikaku. or the guy just wanted Baal to step on him who knows

Kinda funny that Teyvat has at least 3 world leaders with massively different ideals of what a nation should be and Vision shenanigans both. Ningguang is going for a Civ commerce victory and has a Masterless Vision herself, the Tsaritsa is collecting Gnosis and has the whole Delusion thing going while being more conquest-oriented, and Baal is on her eternity Vision hunt pursuit and isolated Inazuma.

I don't think the Traveler can withstand Baal's ult yet. A full-power traveler in the opening cutscene can definitely go toe to toe with an Archon but as of the end of the thrid chapter I don't think they are there yet. The abyss traveler on the other hand can probably block it though

Each archon seem to be counteracting Celestia in subtle ways with the exception of the Tsaritsa who is actively pursuing gnoses. Vision holders are those capable of ascending to Celestia. As Venti hinted, Celestia may not be a paradise for vision holders at all. So take this, what if Baal is taking visions to keep her people away from Celestia? If that somehow makes it possible.

I don't think so, Zhongli explicitly stated that Baal believes herself to be the one closest to eternity, and that she is doing this to maintain control of the Inazuma Bakufu. Keep in mind, besides Tsaritsa, all the other Archons besides Venti and Zhongli are relatively young. Venti and Zhongli hold little to no love for Celestia anymore due to them being the oldest, and for reasons we have yet to uncover. Though, it seems as though the Pyro Archon will have an important secret to tell us, according to the Teyvat Chapter Preview. But interesting take nonetheless, who knows, maybe she is doing it for the greater good.
There is definitely something going on behind the scenes and the sibling and the archons know about it and I believe the MC is the key, but is not ready. I even believe that Venti knew they were coming for his Gnoses and allowed her to take it. But in a way to not cause suspicion of what is going on and to drive the MC forward. Venti is very powerful and could have stopped her easily. I am not sure why Baal is taking the visions but I like your theory. Maybe when they ascend they become gods themselves making the army of gods we have to face bigger. Baal is definitely being made to seem evil, but her plan has purpose and is for the greater good as you say. Can’t wait to find out. Just hope the story will be as good as the different theories I have seen
@@carlmilton1 Agreed, Venti, from what we know about the legends surrounding Barbatos, can level mountains and reshape the lands with his winds. He didnt even seem that upset or shaken up by the loss of his Gnosis, instead encouraging the traveller to continue on with his journey. I'd even go as far as to say that he's pretty upbeat about it too, which leads me to believe that the Gnosis' the Archons possess might have a darker purpose to it.

@@kallenapocalypse7997 When a character is built, the role he is going to play in his life is taken into account to determine his past and destiny in Kazuha's case, he's a samurai (I think) he's a hero. in the hero's story there is always a tragic past. The reason for doing this is that the character becomes stronger and it also has an emotional trauma that makes it evolve as the story progresses.
"All I knew was that I mustn't let his hope, which burned so brightly, become buried in the ice cold statue of a god." When I first heard this line in his cutscene I got literal chills. What beautiful poetry and contrasting motifs/imagery 😭💔
I think it's a nice detail when it shows Kazuya's friend is being struck down and there are a bunch of other swords staked in the ground showing how many people before him had sacrificed their life for their ideals and aspirations.
Read Kazuha's story number 4, Kazuha's friend was the **only one** to fight back then as EVERYONE, including Kazuha, was running away and hiding. The swords are from the hunters of Visions that his friend fought with before fighting Sara.

Wow I just noticed a really neat detail about this. At 0:52 Kazuha mentions that his friend challenged the vision hunterS (plural) 1:02 it says "the defeated face divine punishment, while the victors gain a second chance", and at 1:27 you can see many swords planted into the ground.
I've seen a couple jokes that Kazuha's friend is weak because he lost to Sara (who got bitchslapped by Signora), but he didn't just challenge Sara, he challenged ALL of the vision hunters and was only finally defeated by Sara (if even her? I don't remember it being explicitly said who) after seemingly taking out several other vision hunters.

All 5 artefacts rolled with DEF and DEF % substats and ATK % and CRIT RATE/CRIT DMG. I have 3 builds worth of artefacts with her. One uses 4 piece Gladitors, one is 2 piece defenders (flower and feather) and 2 piece Gladiators - which is less damage but a lot more tanks.. . And a 4 piece retracing Bolide build.
She does average damage at with normal attacks at AR57... but during ULT she is a primary DPS level hitting 40k - 45k crits.

Each archon seem to be counteracting Celestia in subtle ways with the exception of the Tsaritsa who is actively pursuing gnoses. Vision holders are those capable of ascending to Celestia. As Venti hinted, Celestia may not be a paradise for vision holders at all. So take this, what if Baal is taking visions to keep her people away from Celestia? If that somehow makes it possible.

I don't think so, Zhongli explicitly stated that Baal believes herself to be the one closest to eternity, and that she is doing this to maintain control of the Inazuma Bakufu. Keep in mind, besides Tsaritsa, all the other Archons besides Venti and Zhongli are relatively young. Venti and Zhongli hold little to no love for Celestia anymore due to them being the oldest, and for reasons we have yet to uncover. Though, it seems as though the Pyro Archon will have an important secret to tell us, according to the Teyvat Chapter Preview. But interesting take nonetheless, who knows, maybe she is doing it for the greater good.
There is definitely something going on behind the scenes and the sibling and the archons know about it and I believe the MC is the key, but is not ready. I even believe that Venti knew they were coming for his Gnoses and allowed her to take it. But in a way to not cause suspicion of what is going on and to drive the MC forward. Venti is very powerful and could have stopped her easily. I am not sure why Baal is taking the visions but I like your theory. Maybe when they ascend they become gods themselves making the army of gods we have to face bigger. Baal is definitely being made to seem evil, but her plan has purpose and is for the greater good as you say. Can’t wait to find out. Just hope the story will be as good as the different theories I have seen
@@carlmilton1 Agreed, Venti, from what we know about the legends surrounding Barbatos, can level mountains and reshape the lands with his winds. He didnt even seem that upset or shaken up by the loss of his Gnosis, instead encouraging the traveller to continue on with his journey. I'd even go as far as to say that he's pretty upbeat about it too, which leads me to believe that the Gnosis' the Archons possess might have a darker purpose to it.

The reason for doing this is that the character becomes stronger and it also has an emotional trauma that makes it evolve as the story progresses.
