Thank you for your detailed review of the WM175. At WM Watch, we are dedicated to offering high-quality, affordable products to customers worldwide and value every piece of user feedback. In response to the suggestions and needs expressed by our users, we have made significant improvements across various aspects of our watches, including crown design, bracelet comfort, size options, and luminescence performance. For instance, the WM175 now features a screw-down crown, and we are actively refining the clasp design. In our newer models, such as the WM189 and WM194, we have introduced screw-down crowns and folding clasps to enhance user satisfaction. Additionally, we are exploring smaller sizes to cater to a wider range of preferences. To better convey our brand philosophy, we have officially renamed our brand to WM Watch (Wrist Moment), with only the sleek WM logo appearing on our watches. We greatly appreciate your valuable feedback and support. Please continue to follow our latest developments!
Thank you for taking the feedback positively. This is a great sign of a good brand willing to improve their products. Like I mentioned in the video, I have watched other channels review your other newer watches and they seem to be of better quality. I will definitely follow your latest developments and would love to check out what you come up with. Cheers!
@ Thank you for your positive feedback and support. We’re glad our improvements are noticed and will continue to evolve. We look forward to sharing more updates with you.❤️❤️❤️
Damn. That’s a shame about all the issues. Since I also have a 7 in wrist, it’s not going to fit me either. The good thing is that it seems WM is willing to listen to feedback. I still have lots of hopes for them. Thanks for the great and honest review. I actually don’t mind the WM Name, and this seems like maybe it’s was one of their earliest watches. I’m not sure. Thanks again.
Thank you for this review! Like you I was interested to see if they would be a source to make good GS builds from, and thanks to you I can see that nope, they aren't. Well done.
And then I've asked them for a watch about 20 times now, but they just won't send me one 🤣. Honestly, I'm kind of relieved after seeing your review. Thanks a ton, man. I was thinking aboutpulling the trigger on this one. 🍻
Sometimes I’m not even sure if I’m talking to a brand directly or to a third party dealer. I’ve had this happen to me with Hruodland. Asked for a watch and they said they don’t send watches. Not long after someone from Hruodland sent me a watch 😄
I think one major issue with WM watches is quality control. I bought this diver based on its looks, and looks alone, I like big chunky divers and have a wrist large enough to wear them. I wasn’t bothered about push/pull crown and water resistance as I have G Shocks that I wear when swimming, working out, or in any situation where I am worried that I might damage my watch. The watch arrived and the seconds hand wasn’t attached, it was laying in the bottom of the dial. Contacted WM and sent it back. Had my money refunded AND got sent a replacement watch with no charge, which is good customer service. The 2nd watch does not have the bezel issues you found with the watch reviewed and I had no problems with the pins when resizing the bracelet. This suggests to me that there is an issue with quality control and you never know if you’re going to get a well made watch or one with problems. I share you concerns about the strap, I wear mine a bit loose as there is never micro adjustment with butterfly clasps. You can fit a NATO style strap but you have to lay the strap over the watch then fix the spring bars in to secure the strap, well that’s how I did it. I have no issue with the date position, I have several watches, mainly Seiko, that place it there, but no date, 3 or 6 o’clock would be better for symmetry. I have mixed views about the brand. My watch had issues but was replaced for free, that’s great customer service. However I had issues with my first watch and you’ve had issues with the one you have reviewed. That makes me concerned about quality control and long term reliability. Not sure if I’d buy another WM right now.
Thanks for sharing. The QC issues are obviously more important than the “design issues” that I mentioned in the review. I thought a lot about sharing my findings with them and allowing them to replace my watch, but then that wouldn’t be right for the review. I’m glad to hear that their customer service is good, but as a customer, I wouldn’t want to have to deal with QC issues.
Thank you for choosing WM Watch and for your detailed feedback. We genuinely appreciate your insights. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the loose seconds hand on your first watch. It’s not acceptable, and we understand how disappointing it must have been. We’re glad that our Customer Service team was able to quickly resolve the issue with a refund and a free replacement, which now seems to meet your expectations. Your comments about quality control are important to us. We’ve taken note of your experience and are reviewing our processes to ensure every watch leaves our facility in perfect condition. While watches contain intricate components that can be affected during shipping, we are actively improving our packaging methods to better protect each piece during transit. Regarding the bracelet fit and date display position, we value your suggestions and will consider them in our future designs. If you encounter any further issues or need assistance with adjustments, please don’t hesitate to contact us - we’re here to help. We’re committed to earning your trust and continuously improving our products and services. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to serve you. Wishing you many enjoyable moments with your new watch!
Thanks for the video. Does it really use clear AR? Those endlinks are not good looking. They do not look like it is for this watch. Clasp is just wrong. Also, a big watch that won't fit big wrists...Cheers!!
Honestly this video could have been one second long with you pointing at the date window and it would have had the same effect on me, I appreciate the rest of the stuff tho, more validation for my already formed opinion.

Yes I also think it was one of their earlier watches. The newer ones do seem better based on the reviews I watched
Thank you so much for your support. We’re actively working on improvements and really appreciate your feedback and patience.❤❤❤
That Seiko mod watch looks great. Would love to hear more about it.
Excellent job. Your explanation on case size (brushed vs polished) was very well thought out and makes good sense. Subscribed.

It’s supposedly clear AR but a few more layers would have been great
I would love to see a video about the Seiko mods.
This WM Watch watch is not something I would buy.
Best regards
I watched your video because of the movement. Not the usual NH whatever. ACCURACY is the things, and a readable date window
Honestly this video could have been one second long with you pointing at the date window and it would have had the same effect on me, I appreciate the rest of the stuff tho, more validation for my already formed opinion.
Yeah that date window placement is really bad
