Is it me or what? A smooth Jazz legend, perhaps one of the best Jazz guitar players on the planet is giving a free concert and nobody is paying attention or cares?! WTF

@ Fatma Hures...The depressing thing is that a lot of people aren't actually appreciating a fine musical performance because they are often rather ignorant. Most people are however, often taken in by guitarists who pull poses and strut around stages even if their playing is quite poor.

I met Norman Brown at Summer Storm in Phoenix several years back. What an amazing dude. This dude makes you feel at home, very inviting. One of my best Jazz players.
I just noticed for the first time that all this while my favorite part of the track was just him tuning the guitar while playing! That's the beauty of jazz. Like Miles Davis said, there's no such thing as a wrong note!

I’ll always remember that week he was at Musicians Institute while I was a student and I always meant to bring by my copy of his CD. I finally got around to it and he had left. Great guitarist

I like how the people in the background are having a conversation, but you can see how they're progressively aware that this guy is smoking this tune. Also, he had some bad tuning on a string at the start. I think he did a quick adjustment at 1:25 or so and fixed it without skipping a beat.
He's inside a music store. You got to adjust to what brand guitar you pick up, but make sure it's tune to 440.
Tough song to make sound good. Norman does it perfectly!! Love it!

Got the AR580CE-BLU brand new for a crazy deal on eBay for $750.. Been looking for one for over a year. They usually go for around $1000-1300. They're such great guitars .. definitely try and get your hands on one to at least try it out. Solid archtop with a nice tone

hamburger helper I think you missed the point of the other comment. Guy sees and hears Norman Brown playing and acted as if Norman was a nobody. Guy who walked out clearly didnt know Norman Brown. Even if he didnt know Norman how can he not appreciate the playing by a great guitarist. Some of these white suits are totally clueless. It's only about $$$ to them. WTF!!!!

This song always seemed off beat to me, but yet just impeccable timing somehow, he manages to play behind the beat amazingly.
