@@justanothermechanic8740 re: 2000 neon rear quarter replacement. looks like a massive job replacing rear quarters. the whole back of the car left to right. just did rocker slip ons which need to be reinforced with steel supports. now i'm told rear quarter panels are rotted out underneath. even if i can get a relatively clean rear 2000 neon quarter panel,which might not be that costly,the labor would be crazy.
