Good development andhi..when we visited rajapushpa in tellapur that guy was ready to give 5600rs persqft. But unfortunately we shifted to europe. Anyway nice to see and that is next gachibowli .
But there is no proposal for metro connectivity in tellapur. Also, there are lakes around these tellapur constructions, which need to be looked into. The roads got flooded during recent rains . We thought of going for the Manikonda eipl cornerstone, which is just 5km away from the metro and 6 km from the IT companies.
Tellapur is for the people who dont want to see small roads, crowded builderfloor buildings with zero landscapes and trees. I think there is no buses as well. So people who are looking for public transport is not worth at Tellapur at this moment.

@bmbharathh Singapore is in the size of KBHB and it will be mostly same with others. And Hyderabad is one of the most populated state. We can't compare those countries and cities with ours.
