dance starts back up next week for me and this helped ALOT. i used to hide my body alot being a not so skinny girl. but alot of my dance peers wear sports bras and showing skin (which i am still hesitant about wearing skin tight stuff) i am going to try it tho! ive been in so many types of dance and contemporary and hip hop are 100% my favorites mostly contemp tho. i have bought my dance outfits from walmart you know leggings, sports bras, baggy t-shirts, cardigans ect.. and let me tell ya they are so good for the price! the only part of my body i think is flattering that i like to show off are my calves lol. i wear alot of leggings and baggy t-shirts. but i am going to slowly try to be comfortable to let my flabs.. I mean abs XD show while i dance so my dance teacher does not keep getting frustrated that she can't see my core lol. but like i said this vid helped alot to help me style some of my stuff in my closet to wear in clas, 4:25 i will definitly buy some shorts like that and attempt this outfit. same with 2:56 and 1:28 (if i can be confident enough) tho i think i might try 1:28 with a cardigan like 6:55. thank you so much for this video. and btw YOUR DANCING IS AMAZING, i aspire to be as confident and such a good dancer as you one day
