Just brought this back since I could not find the sweet spot and it was too heavy to hang on wall. Im going to try their paper slim model from RCA so I can attach it to my wall. You got great results so Im hopeful if I put the thin one on wall Ill be golden.
Make sure you scan with antenna! I had mine scanning with cable and only got 7 channels. Once I switched to antenna I got 60+ channels.
We had 80+ with the indoor antenna and 100+ with our out door antenna depends on what setup you have our out door antenna had a timer and would automatically rotate at certain times of the day to line up with the tower's

I bought the RCA antenna to supplement my streaming service during the NFL season. After scanning, at best it tapped into about 26 channels and that's when the antenna was temporarily placed high in a window. Because there is no hardware to do attach to the window, I would suggest using double-sided adhesive or velcro tape (don't know if that might affect the performance). Hanging it on a wall, for me, is not an option because it would be unsightly. Also, I constantly pointed it in several directions to pick up a clear signal - which did experience sporadic interference despite using the signal-finder app. Obviously, depending on your location this antenna performed as advertised for some, but not for me. Interestingly, the instructions boldly state: "DO NOT RETURN this product to the store!" Instead RCA ask that you visit their antenna help website for assistance.
I did everything, but scan my t.v. When I turned it back on to do that, everything was fine. All channels were the same. My picture was sharper. It has been two weeks now.

Help, got it set up, scanned for channels. Was scrolling up to see what channels there were and suddenly scrolling up and down showed the name of the channel, but no picture of what was on (before we did see the shows, but when a commercial came on, we decided to scroll.). Nothing was working. Frustrated, we just unplugged it. (We have had no cable for 10 years) Plugged our DVD PLAYER back in (to coax port where RCA ANTENNA was) and now DVD won't work. Help, kids out of school. Need DVD.
Did you figure it out ...what happened... is it hooked up ... I bought my antenna over a year ago and and just yesterday finally got around to installing it .
At first every channel that came on was bright and clear and then I don't know what the heck happened I moved the antenna by about two in and nothing has been the same.... the channels I did get yesterday I cannot get all of them to come on
... a lot of them pixelate and just are a frozen picture and from the very beginning it only gets me NBC ; but I do not get ABC or CBS or PBS.... it's kind of frustrating and I couldn't get anybody to help me with it .

Ugh! I still can't get PBS! I am so sad! The app locator says it is out there and I even have it in the direction of the tower. The other stations are coming in crystal clear. Help!

@@TheRafcave thanks for the response. I've tried four different locations and each time I go through the TV's menu "find stations" once that is completed, I click through the channels. None of the PBS channels are coming up. Those channels in my location are 8-1, 8-2 through 8-4... Upon placing the antenna in different locations, the number of channels it has found is from 12 - 18. I think it is going to have to go back to the store... So sad!

I just bought an hdtv but one thing I seen is can't get all the channels my other tv that I bought in 2014 I can't get channels like univision telemundo but when I turn on my old tv those 2 channels are there can someone tell me why? Do I need a different antenna?

Make sure your TV has a Coaxial Input. Check your TV settings for Tuner or Air. Then program the channels.

I think this product is a joke. I got nothing. My one tv won’t channel scan and the other one scans the channels but doesn’t get it together. I will definitely return this piece of garbage tomorrow at Walmart.
Just because It doesn't work for you doesn't mean It's junk. Antennas are location and Interference sensitive.
