Period yessssss! But , i got very bad grades for three semesters of freshman year do you think it will mess me up , i plan on getting honers for all of 10th grade and get most AP classes for 11th and 12th grade do you think I’ll be set for a good Ivy League college or i fuckked up?
i can't say anything for sure bc idk the details of your situation (and i also never planned to apply to ivies), but it is possible for you to get into good schools despite some bad grades in freshman year. grades are *far* from everything. however, this also means that, even if you do end up getting good grades in a lot of honors/AP classes in the next few years, you'll need to pay attention to the other aspects of your application as well (essays, test scores, extracurriculars, awards, teacher recs, etc.), especially if you're planning on applying to really competitive schools like ivies. simply getting good grades alone won't help you "be set" for ivies because there are so many other factors they consider (and also because a *lot* of ivy applicants have good grades), but it will increase your chances. hope that helps
i live by northwestern and my family has kinda made it the school they hope I go to and they made me think it was like an average school went for so many its their dream school yea 😅
@@rebeccanyagah6822 I freak out for real aha but in my school we have like a week of tests only and sometimes there's 1,2,3,4 or 5 subjecs in the same test and all the tests is in 1 week, so I have to start study *hard* 2 weeks before the exam week
And next year we will have a "new high school", where we have all these subjects (I will change the school, so in this new we don't have spanish) + other 6 subjects + other subjects that I don't have any idea
Don't eat no bats on campus please you may cause another pandemic.

its admissions are on the competitive side for sure, but it's great that you have confidence!
In Brazil, we can't chose our classes, so we do like 13 subjects at the 10 year to 12
Algebra, physics, geography, history, grammatic, spanish, english, p.e, art, literature, chemistry, biology, sociology, philosophy, news, essay, finance education, geometry
@@catarinaguilhon1733 how do you manage all these subjects
