We stayed at and can recommend: Siem Reap Urban Boutique Hotel.
Elia Greek restaurant.
Paper Tiger Eatery.
We ate at a Khmer Restaurant on the same street as Urban Boutique Hotel heading towards pub street. So new we didn't get the name but was 'not' the nearby Red Ankor. Very close to that but you can see a newer interior from the street and it mainly had Cambodian clientele.
