I was blessed enough for him to come to my hometown 11 years ago during his Mandatory Fun tour when i was a teenager. I was pretty much a lifelong fan of his already up to that point and my mom, who probably introduced me to his music in the womb, took me to see his show. I can honestly say that was one of the happiest moments of my life. It was a phenomenal show. He even put on different costumes for each song referencing the associated music video. Fantastic from start to finish. Afterwards we went to his trailer where a SHOCKINGLY SMALL amount of people had come to get a picture or autograph and the like. We could not believe our luck. I still have the picture i took with him wearing my fuckin Starcraft 2 Heart of the Swarm t-shirt. Today is actually the 11 year anniversary of that, now that i think about it. So cool.
I believe "ill sue ya if you even look at me funny" is a reference to how weird al once got a letter from prince's lawyer to never make eye contact with him.

I would have claimed the ladder wasn't mine and it wasnt established whether or not the ownership of said ladder transferred with the sale of the house despite the fact the ladder was here at the time of sale. I never acknowledged ownership of said ladder..

What impresses me is that his band has to be able to sound like all these other bands. Think about the incredible stylistic variety of everything he’s parodied - his band has had to learn it AND be expert in polka. Major respect for Al’s creativity and the massive skill of his band.
