Oh they both did. It interesting cause Buffy is stronger but she doesn't have magic resilience so it kind of was a fair fight. Or at least until Will woukd run out of magic energy

The stunts got way worse after Jeff Pruitt and Sophia Crawford left. I compare this one to Buffy's many fights with Faith. The ones with Faith were skilled, displayed martial arts and showed each actresses strengths. This one was just throwing eachother through various glass objects
Alyson was surprisingly good at the fighting in this scene, despite Willow being the least combat oriented of the group and her having no prior training.

Lol, it honestly made me think of Charlie's Angels and the cheesiness of the fight scenes in those movies (the early 2000 versions) not the stupid remake they just made.
People never got that Willow was the "Big Bad," not Warren. Too many people thought, "Ooh! Dark Willow is soooo cool!" No, she wasn't. She became what Warren was, or rather, what Warren wanted to be, but never could be.
I have to say one of the best season finals of Buffy dark Willow had some mad fighting skills she didn't have to train unlike Buffy did with Giles well written episode besides we needed a little action at the end of season 6 the trio was starting to bore me 😅
spoiler alert: one of the nerds killed Tara and the powers that be did not allow her ressurection because she died of natural death not of supernatural causes and so she goes to magic to settle the score and began to be very powerful but the season has been building up to this point with Willow becoming really drawn in to the power of magic much like addiction as this season of Buffy tackled adult themes such as grief, addiction, adultery, rape, etc. This season really drew flak from fans because of the change of tone but I really liked this season.
Some how it bet like willow was almost releasing all the darkness she secretly held for buffy for so many years. As she said, "six years of being a side man; now I get to be the slayer." This implies darker feelings. Helplessness for so long, Buffy abandoning her as her best friend years back, jealousy, hence "Oh Buffy...You really need to have every square inch of your ass kicked." Coveting her power charisma and influence to those aound her, buffys mother caring more than willows mom, etc. Alyson Hannigan was a terrific actress in this series. It's a shame she chose a prime time sitcom rather than continuing her career in hollywood after american pie. Now she's a bit old and retired, so i doubt we'll see much more of, if any of her work again. Sad.
This was the one fight that Buffy couldn’t really win, Willow was just too powerful…it took someone else to stop her who had known her for most of her life. 😏😈👍
